Altered Appearance

I recently received a haircut from there and I love it! So many people have come up to me and told me my hair looks wonderful. I got a simple trim, layer, and side bangs. It truly looks wonderful. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who did my hair but she is blonde and had extensions in, so I learned. She talked to me the whole time and was so personable.
She took the time to complete my look even though she had a customer waiting and I have a lot of hair so it took a while. I have a feeling she gives everyone that same devotion. Any how, if you are looking for a haircut GO HERE.

LIES LIES LIES!
My first visit I was told a price of what it would cost to do my hair! ($ 250 — $ 330)
My second visit I was told $ 240 or less because of my hair type. As well as it only taking a few hours to due my hair and extensions.
My THIRD visit which was my SET appointment the following day took almost 4hrs and cost me $ 400!!! NO flex, they were unwilling to work with me. Basically told me it is what it is and there is nothing they could do about it. Even though my past two estimates where almost HALF of what they ended up charging me. As well as them running out of extensions mid way through my appointment. I had to wait another 20minutes or so for them to go get more.
Would NOT recommend them to ANYONE I know. Very very disappointed in there work as well as there professionalism and customer services.
Now I have the challenge of having to find someone else to reset what Altered Appearance has done.
