These guys are crooks, dumb, or both. I had talked to an employee about picking up 200 chairs for our graduation ceremony. I went through all the trouble of finding a truck, and calling on the way i found out that they were delivering the chairs(extra $ 85). We are a non profit charter school with a limited budget. The person said they were«confused,» with a chuckle in his voice, and made no attempt to correct matters. They then delivered unsafe, top-heavy, sliding stacks of chairs with missing feet, covered in some orange dust. A few minor high school students had to set up every rickety chair. We decided that we might as well let them pick the chairs up the following day since they would not budge on the price. When they did come the next day, i get a call while teaching, asking me why i am not at the event center to pay the truck driver. Did they expect us to sleep at our venue? Get a clue, some professionalism, and the common sense to know that a happy customer who returns is worth more than one customer ripped off.

I had my wedding in North Bend, Oregon a few weeks ago and had rented a very large tent(40’x60’), 275 chairs, 28 tables, and linens for my wedding reception.(Just shy of $ 3,000.00) The company was suppose to arrive around 10 am and then tent was suppose to be completely up around 1pm. The delivery was 5 hours late showing up to the venue! Anyone who has planned a wedding knows that decorating and setting up for the reception takes time. Well they showed up at 3 pm with the delivery and didn’t have the tent up until 6:30pm. This was after all of our groomsmen unloaded all of the chairs and tables, and ¾ of the tent. Plus set all of the chairs up at the ceremony site(275chairs) Also… My wife had called the company at 10:45 am that day(when they were at that time 45 minutes late to ask where they were… the lady said they were running about an hour late therefore she should be expecting them in about 20 minutes) I’d also like to mention… the company truck was seen about 30 minutes from our wedding venue having a sit down lunch at 12:30(already 2.5 hours late) and didn’t show up until 3 pm! We didn’t get to our rehearsal dinner till 9 pm!(originally scheduled at 7 pm) Horrible service and the owner has yet to call us back or make the situation right. We’ve called them a handful of times. On top of all that they attempted to charge us an extra $ 300 and then actually charge our account $ 100. Which I had to call and ask them remove. They had no explanation for the charge!

I REALLY wish I would have read the two reviews of the Franklin location prior to renting from the River Ave. location. This was a REALLY bad rental experience. I have never written a bad review on here or anything other venue, but these people take the cake! I will NEVER rent from this company or do business with them again. I rented a riding lawn mower. After using it for 3 – 4 hours the belt went out on the mower. When I took the mower back to see what they could do… ie…let me use another, since I had rented it for the day, a discount or anything that they could suggest to remedy the problem. I was received by a VERY brash older man who is easily past retirement who said I was using the mower on too long of grass and I would have to pay to replace the belt! I was never told by anyone how tall the grass could be and was giving NO prior guidance on how to use the mower prior to leaving. The older gentleman refused to rent me another riding mower and told me there would be an additional charge to replace the belt for $ 47.50. The lady upon checkout was going to charge me without even mentioning the additional charge. Then when I brought it up she pointed to the very fine print that I signed on the waiver stating that if I damaged something I had to pay for it. However, who knows how long the mower had been used before me. I told her I disagreed and felt that should be considered normal wear and tear. I’m not the type of person to argue but I made it clear to her that I was very upset about paying the additional fee. She made no attempt to smooth things over. When I was leaving I still said thank you politely and she replied with. «I hope you are able to get over it by this afternoon!» I will NEVER use this company again! Not to mention the 30 minute wait to pick up the equipment when I called ahead of time and the 30 minutes to drop it off when there was no one else there. There is no way I could ever give this company any kind of positive review of any kind. VERY bad experience!

Like the reviewer of the other location, I found them rigid and standoffish. Fortunately I was able to avoid them before I signed anything. Then I forgot about them for a while, until a moment ago, when their branded van whizzed by me at a high rate of speed as it illegally cut through the LTD busway to reach River Ave. Who are these people, and where are they from?
