I had a similar situation As J W. and could not have said it better myself, so i will repost what she wrote it was spot on.
Got my car fixed here after getting rear-​ended. They are a State Farm preferred provider, so once I got insurance approval, they took care of all paperwork and rental reservations. Service and updates were prompt and courteous, and they did a beautiful job replacing my bumper. The car was completely cleaned and detailed inside and out, If I needed bodywork again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

The car was completely cleaned and detailed inside and out, and they even gave me the spare touch-​up paint! If I needed bodywork again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

this is the shop progressive sent my car to when random dbag #2 hit my parked car. same shop dbag #1 hit my car last year. and not only did they offer lifetime warranty on their work, but they corrected the issue i noticed with the paint peeling without me having to make a big deal. and their work is done within a good time frame. a couple of days, and my back bumper was good as new.
not only that, but my car was in sad shape on the inside in regards to cleanliness. not that i had crap everywhere — but it was in desperate need of a vacuum when i dropped it off to get fixed up via progressive.
the car came back to me shiny on the outside, collision free, new paint on the back bumper where dbag #2 hit me, windows cleaned, and the entire insides vacuumed.
seriously.
i felt like i had a new car again.
good job, d&s. i was surprised.
when such a crappy situation as some dbag hitting your car happens, you make it less sucky.
