Established in 1999.

Dr. Terry has been treating patients in the Richmond, Tri-​Cities areas since 1985. Dr. Terry is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Terry participates in the Donated Dental Program for the uninsured.

Dr. Terry has participated in several Missions Of Mercy projects. He continues to support the Ettrick Community.
