PLEASEREAD they called the security on someone else(supposedly) but the security end up following me around the store and other stores and watched me buy from one store, followed me to my car and had 3 cops pull me over on foothill… Off mall property, had them search my car, just for them to find that I had done nothing wrong and the only thing I had from the Victoria gardens mall was the item that I purchased at one of the stores which I had a receipt for!!! This was a very scary and dangerous situation to have a man that I do not know following me through all of these stores and scaring me to leave the mall because I am there as a woman(by myself at night) then to be stopped by three police and pulled into a dark back alley and to watch them look through your purse wallet and search your whole car while you are standing there helplessly and treated as a criminal. Worst experience Ever!!!

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #205 — #365 Abercrombie and Fitch is mostly targeted from the high school to the college kids and I have grown out of the brand and went on the liking; Lacoste, Huge Boss, Express, Ben Sherman, Diesel, and Buffalo. Two words to describe their clothing is Overpriced and Overrrated! I’ll admit I like to come here once in a while to shop and buy gifts, the associate’s seem to be in to themselves and would have side conversations instead of helping customers. I don’t know why they think working at Abercrombie and Fitch makes them feel too cool. Is it the name? Noxious cologne pumped around the store? Over priced clothing? Untz Untz music being blasted in the store like I was in Tiger Heat in Weho with all the other twinks? I had my share of bad customer service in this store and mostly from being ignored to no acknowledgement. I noticed that if you look like you’d fit into their A &F culture(Skinny/Muscular/Preppy) they would assist you right away. I could say the same for Hollister but that’s a separate review.

To Arrogant Asian staff, you better respect customers! We just wanna buy 3 clothes, but wait like forever! When she finally came back to us, her attitude was so horrible!!! Look reviews below here, lazy and horrible, cashiers are slow… That’s just as same as what I wanna say!!! Omg!!!

1. Clothes with craftsmanship you no longer see at retail stores 2. Help yourself because their associates have zero product knowledge 3. Don’t be afraid to mess up their stacks. Their #1 priority is brand standards aka folding. 4. You can exchange if there’s any defect after you wear it, like stitches coming off 5. Yes, every A&F store plays music that rivals any gay club in West Hollywood.

The people who work here are great! They are always smiling, upbeat, and will always ask if you need help with anything. Definitely no complaints here! Sweet atmosphere, prices, and attitudes! :D

Downtown Rancho Cucamonga adds yet another upscale retail shop to the mall. Very few cities have an Abercrombie & Fitch. The store is very new and well stocked with very fashionable goods. I recently bought a shirt there and the employees were great. The girl who worked there was a knock out model, and the guy at the register was a model too. The girl greeted me at the entrance and helped me find a specific shirt when I asked for help. The guy rang me up and I got a thanks from both of them. By the book. Consistent excellent service. This is one of the best stores in downtown and probably the entire valley. Great store for men’s and women’s apparel. Fantastic parking in the free parking structure and the store is just a few steps away. On busy holidays, instead of wasting a lot of time looking for a parking spot in the bowels of the parking garage, go directly to the top level. There you will find the last remaining parking spots. Up here, not only do you have multiple security cameras watching your car as you shop you also have a great view. The more mobile people can just jog down the stairs. The less mobile can take the elevator. This is the best chance of parking within the mall and not having to park in the outskirts. The outskirts are a whole other story. The outskirt parking lots can demand quite the walk and there are no cameras because the lots are temporary. The outskirts will soon be high rise office towers and parking structures. Good riddance to the single level parking lots that scorch in the sun, blow in the wind, and drench in the rain. Overall a great shopping mall and a great corner store.
