Worst customer service!!! I work close by about 5 min away and have to order for delivery quite often because I don’t always have time to drive there myself. My order took an hour and a half to get here! I missed my lunch break since I had no food. I called the store to check on my order and the girl who answered the phone was so rude when I asked the status of my order. Then when the delivery guy finally arrived there wasn’t even a apology made! AND my food was wrong and they forgot my drink! Wouldn’t suggest anyone to rely on them for delivery services.

Eek! Methinks not.
First visit as I walk up to the door I have to kick 3 garbage bags aside to open the door!
As 5 employees standing there all talking not one notices garbage or greets me as I am the only customer in there. I mention how I kicked garbage just to get in door and the 1 employee walks out takes her glove off and throws bags away from door, walks back in puts the same glove on than proceeds to wait on me and explain how they fight with neighbor business about trash! I was astonished and walked right out!

We order from here for delivery quite often. It is usually «freaky fast» like they advertise. Unfortunately, today they were super slow. I called after a long 45minute wait– and they had a very nonchalant attitude about it. They basically said «he will be there when he gets there.» When the food finally arrived– the driver was not even apologetic or anything. I felt like they did not care, which now makes me question their standards on everything. I was extremely disappointed based on today’s service– and if this was my first time ordering from here, it also would have been my last. Luckily for them, the food is always right, so that is nice. I love their bread– it always tastes fresh. And this was not a typical day based on past ordering experiences from them. I hope that next time they care a little more.

I went to this location today because I had a gift card. I ordered my sub and took it directly home. I opened it and found a glove finger on top of the sub. Although, I was happy to see they wore gloves, it sickened me to find a piece of one in my sub. Traffic was too bad to take it back, so it was put directly in the trash. Good thing it was a gift card! I will not be back…

Doing production for a concert at Germain Arena, needed to feed a big crew on tight schedule, called JJ’s to place large order, they got it 95% right. I ordered a Tuna Sandwich on standard Wheat sandwich bread, & it was very good. Food was delivered on time. Crew Happy & the show goes on.

Not good food. Had Italian sub with extra meat. Bland. Poor quality meats. Had two pieces of mystery meat. Left yucky taste in my mouth. I threw away more than half the sandwich.
Poor customer relations. Employees like robots.
This is not like Jersey Mikes or even Subway.

Personally like this place – it’s in a small strip center. Go here for a quick lunch on more days than I would like to admit. Fresh, good cold cuts on nice rolls.

This Jimmy’s is very close to our home so we get delivery fairly often, about once every other month. The delivery is indeed very fast and the sandwiches are always prepared correctly even with our modifications. The sandwiches are tasty yet nothing spectacular and they are a good size especially for the price.

First time trying this place out, thought I’d give it try since everyone hypes this place up on how good it is. I asked the cashier what their most ordered sandwich is he said #9 (Italian sub) so I ordered that with a medium drink. Food came out super fast like they advertise which was really nice. So after eating the sub, I noticed they give you a lot of meat which is nice but not many veggie options, it just came with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Sandwich tasted plain to me, not sure how this was the most «ordered sub» because it barely had any flavor to it and It didn’t make me say «wow this is so good», tasted like a plain Italian sub that I can make at home anyways, this place may be good to other people but I’ll stick with subway where I can add more veggies and give it a kick of jalapeños.

Ordered two sandwiches to go. They were making too many at one time and gave us the wrong sandwich. Good thing I checked it before I left. Also, very little meat in sandwiches.

Horrible customer service, food is great when received correctly. Management sounds like a bunch of kids working their summer job with zero experience or brains. Food came after waiting an hr! Freaky fast?! Hmm, after pretty much a fight over principle the manager charged me a $ 1.50 for chips. He should be embarrassed… really couldn’t just say sorry our mistake thanks for being a loyal JJ customer today your lunch is on us. I won’t be back!

They were as fast as they say they were. Very nice, good sandwich and good bread. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is it could of used a little more meat

I use to eat here a couple times a week until i found a hair in my sand which and my husbands. Two different colors… Absolutely disgusting.

I’m very disappointed today. I love jimmy johns but not this location. I work for another company near by in customer service and this place doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service. I’m done with this location. Don’t expect fast. 3 times I’ve ordered they took 30 minutes to deliver my food. By that time my lunch was over and could not eat or had to rush. This time I did not go to lunch yet but still waited 30 minutes and still no food. I called to cancel my order. This is my second time complaining to them and neither time did I get an apology or a free meal in attempt to keep my business. A coworker of mine ordered his one day and waited outside. 10 minutes after ordering the driver pulled up in the parking lot and just sat in his car texting for another 15 minutes. My coworker finally had to go up to the guys car and get his food. On top of all this there is always something missing from the orders. Including my coworkers. I will bring my business elsewhere.

I was not a fan of going out to get subs/​sandwichs/​hoagies/​whatever until I ate here. I hated Subway because I am a fan of meat, not bread. Jimmy John’s gives an ample amount of meat and their fresh baked bread is soft and chewy. You can even buy day old bread there for 49 cents! For me, the JJ Gargantuan is the only way to go! You can get all their sandwiches without the bread and wrapped in lettuce if you choose but you should try it on the bread first. The menu is a little confusing but the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a friend that orders from them on a regular basis for delivery and they are indeed «Freakishly Fast» like they claim.

What a horrible experience. Twenty employees, no explanation that the veggie no longer has sprouts. No apology for making the wrong sandwich. Not a regular at fast food places but this seemed below average.

Note to the owner: Have some friends give you some feedback on the service.

Just a standard sub. Chips and soda bundle would be good and whole wheat bread should be offered. Staff is good but the MUSIC SYSTEM IS LOUD AND DISTORTED sound is very annoying. Won’t go the unless it is pleasant to eat outside.

I enjoy a Jimmy John’s sub. This is a good location and it is a clean restaurant. However, the workers are not particularly friendly.
