Riverside in the VLG Rentals

I would never rent from here again. There is always derelict activity, kids not being watched, and cars racing through the parking lot. Cars from other buildings are always parking in our lot, people throwing their trash, beer bottles, and broken glass in the parking lot are just some of the things you can look forward to if you live here. If you complain and tell the landlord you are unhappy all she will do is tell you she will release your security deposit and you can move out. WHAT?!! I have never heard of a landlord so quick to give up a tenant that has never paid their rent late, and all they ask for is for the landlord to be proactive and have standards that they would like their tenants to live by. I’ve lived here for almost a year and I honestly can’t look for a new place fast enough. The buildings are cheaply built and rent is a fortune. Save yourself the time and money and just keep driving by this apartment complex.

We have a beautiful unit in Riverside in the Village Rentals. The property is well taken care of with landscaping in the summer, plowing quickly in the winter. The on site maintenance person is fantastic — he can fix anything and is incredibly nice. A few nice things about this complex are:
1. Before you are given a lease, there is an application process with a background check. (very comforting to know you can trust your neighbors are not convicts)
2. There are so many different buildings and units to choose from, you’re sure to find something perfect!
3. Parking is ample and convenient to wherever your unit is.
4. Property manager is extremely helpful and it’s nice to know that maintenance is there 2÷47÷365
5. After dealing with deadbeat landlords it is NICE to deal with professionals!
