Established in 1976.
HDI was founded by Bob Marcellino & John Hausner to build energy efficient homes and condominiums. We’ve built many townhome projects: Sunwood, Southwind, Winding Brook, Stonington, Lake Forrest, Steeplebush, Alder Hill, Heatherfield.
HDI became an employee owned company in 1998. We’ve expanded from residential new construction into commercial buildings, affordable housing, office and retail leasing
