I have only been here a few times. Some asian/​mexican lady that works there, owner or employee is really rude. Gives attitude when it requires her to work. Second time I went in there for just a hat, she asked if I was only taking 1 and smirked when I told her yes. Don’t know why I would need more then 1 hat but she must know. Dont go here… bad customer service.

After I left my initial review the owner contacted me & sincerely apologized for the incident. She also offered to meet up with me & take my package. I realize sometimes you just don’t have the best day so giving the benefit of the doubt that this was not her normal attitude & that she did reach out — well I think that counts for something.

Dr. Scholl’s band shoes are only $ 22.87 at Walmart. I’d rather trust this brand than the brand they offer at Uniforms Plus.
Also, one of my friends who went through Uniforms Plus to buy their CNA uniform had their uniform rip at he crotch after only two weeks of use. This does not scream quality to me, nor should it to anyone.
Avoid this store.

I come here about once or twice a year when I need something for my uniform, and I’ve been coming back for three years now. I’m not sure what the prices are for uniforms because I get them through the agency I work for, but accessories are not too pricey in my opinion (usually I just get button extenders or something for my belt). For the footwear I just go to a different store (those can be a little upscale here).
Nahid is usually there and is very helpful (she’s usually up in the front of the store).
The ordering time for uniforms is quite speedy and tailoring takes a few days depending on the amount of orders they already have.
There are a ton of patches for agencies, pants, work shirts, scrubs, footwear, and even accessories for first responders to purchase.

After looking at thrift stores and online for a housekeeping uniform for part of a Halloween costume, I stopped here and found EXACTLY what I wanted. The sales person, (might have been the owner), was very friendly and super helpful. I described what I was looking for and she went straight to the rack and picked it right out. She also helped me look at accessories and gave me some good ideas for how to create what I was looking for. I think the price was fair for what I was looking for and better than some prices I saw online. I was in and out of the shop in just a handful of minutes!

Quick stop in to look for some uniforms for a film. They appears to have a great selection of Medical and Hospital type garb (as there is a major medical center 1 block from here, I guess that makes sense). Also alot of Law Enforcement clothing… footwear etc.
The staff was also helpful, I was asked if I needed assistance by a few people pretty promptly.

Uniforms Plus has excellent customer service. I needed uniforms within a week to start my new job and they did it without an issue. Nahid is always helpful when it comes time to ordering uniforms. This place gives Ace Uniforms a run for their money!

Don’t shop here. Way over-​priced. Very poor service, especially very rude lady in the back of the store (she seemed like the owner). Looking at other reviews, I am thinking maybe the owner changed a few years ago.
This place tried to sell me 2 short pieces of linen (less than 1 yard for both) that goes on my school uniform for $ 7. I asked her (owner lady) how much is the whole packet of tape and she said, «Why don’t you find out for yourself?» and she refused to sell the packet of tape. I walked out with my uniform and went to Walmart. Walmart was selling the whole packet of the same tape (4 yard) for less than $ 2.
This place obviously doesn’t want customers to come back.

Great place. Small business so all the better for law, fire, and medical to support, Owner is all about customer service. Rather give them the business over the big business for example ACE Uniforms who make it a point to undercut the price of small business.

These guys are outstanding. So much better than Ace Uniforms. If you need your uniform for FD or PD, this is the place. Cheaper, friendlier and they deliver.

They sell legit police uniforms and have a wide selection of uniforms for the medical field.
I purchased a real cop outfit for my Halloween costume, with all the accessories. The quality is top notch. The people were really friendly too, providing free tailoring as well as another freebie from the owner’s personal accessories. Very friendly!
