Great service, they helped me out with proper protection while packing, helped me with printing photos which was very easy, I even emailed them the photos on the spot, let me choose the paper and everything. I was really happy their customer service

I frequent this location very often. I used to live in Escondido for a long time and had this as my mailing address and since moved but still use this UPS Store location because of the wonderful customer service and support. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and always go out of their way to help you. I will continue to be a long standing customer of theirs. I am also the owner of a small business and they do great marketing material and custom shirts for all occasions I had them make 2 boxes of custom polo’s for me not only for my business but for a few fraternal benefits organizations I belong to. This is truly a one stop shop for all your business and personal needs.

I shipped a larger box to Oregon City, OR and the night before went to the UPS web site and got the costs for shopping and insurance so i knew when I walked into the store what it should cost. They came up with a price $ 10 higher and when i showed the printout of what UPS says it should be, they wouldn’t honor it or try figure out why the difference. Full value insurace was $ 25 higher in the store than the UPS web site.
I feel this store has a fundamental lack of integrity and will not go back.

They are friendly and are open to conversation,
yet don’t waste any time and gets the job done.
I’ve had a time where I had missed to mark up
the RMA number on the sides
and they gratefully helped me out just
over a simple phone call.
Definitely will be back whenever I need to use UPS.

My husband uses this location all the time and raves about the customer service. In my first visit I experienced why he only ships from here. Justin is very friendly and goes above and beyond when it comes to service. They treat you like a friend and your packages like their own.

I use this place to send faxes, ship out large packages and even scan and email documents. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I love this place super reliable and helpful.

My experience at this store was not a good one. I attempted to ship my son’s television to him. They would not allow me to insure it because the television was plamsa. The package never made it out of UPS distribution center before the driver ran over it (according to UPS). The UPS store pointed to UPS corporate and UPS corporate directed me back to the UPS store because it is a franchise (not really a part of UPS). Bottom line l can only recover $ 100 on a $ 500 television because of UPS negligence. The moral to this story USPS, FedEx and never a franchise because if something goes wrong you are on your own.

Despite the big corporate name, this is a family run business and the family is extremely nice! I rely on them to ship marketing materials and promotional items that I send to multiple business partners at a time and I am always confident that everything will be taken care of. Every time I bring a package in they take great care in making sure it is shipped properly no matter how small or insignificant the item may be. I highly recommend them for all of your small business needs.

I have been to this place before nothing great nothing bad but today Im upset. I had a package that I had to mail back for my husband, it was a prepaid returnable package. I forgot to tape it and so I asked the man that was helping me if he would tape it up for me; which I have always done in the past, he informed me that it would be a dollar to tape it or I copuld buy tape if I need to.
I was in a rush so I didn’t think much of untill I got home and I was upset. It was not the amount it was the nerve of the idiot wich happens to be the owner! So I guess Ill never be going there again. He is a greedy little man and he should be more respectful of his clients.

This is my second UPS Store that I have had a Mail box at and this location is 100 times better then my first experience with this franchise.
This location is still fairly new (only 2 years old) and the family that owns it are supper nice. They really enjoy talking to you and listing to you when you have a conversation with each other.
For some reason I was having a hard time finding a location that would utilize their new contact method using email and texting. This way of notifying us all that have packages waiting for us makes it really easy to get them. (Before I had to call or just come in when I had a chance.)
This location of the UPS store is a slam dunk for using to send and receive your packages.
