History

Established in 2014.

I have had the opportunity to provide free dental care to people in Mexico, Jamaica, El Salvador, and Bangladesh. I am currently involved in the Thousand Smiles Foundation which provides dental care and dental surgery for underprivileged children in Ensenada, Mexico.

The reason why I chose the Dental profession is my passion for helping others, and that passion drove me to acquire skills that would allow me to heal, repair, and restore a person’s oral health. Through the years I have seen how, by improving a patient’s oral health, I can also improve the psychological and emotional health of that patient. But a dentist is more than just fixing teeth and filling holes. A successful dentist treats the whole person and is mindful of a patient’s needs, so that when a patient sits in the dental chair, he or she feels important, valued, and cared for.

My Name is Dr. David Bainer and I am the Dentist here at The Smile Gallery. We are located on Grand Avenue here in wonderful Escondido.

I am a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and have been practicing Dentistry in San Diego for 6 years.

Here at The Smile Gallery we provide the latest techniques and use the highest quality materials. We provide all areas of General, Family, and Cosmetic Dentistry. We have an amazing team here at The Smile Gallery where the staff will make you feel like family. What sets us apart is the love and the joy that our staff has for our patients. You are almost guaranteed to leave with a smile.

My wife Gianna and I have been married for 7 years. Gianna and I are excited to call Escondido home after just moving to town this year. We have no kids yet, but rescued a Great Pyrenees recently named Charlie. Charlie is 90 pounds of white fluff and love.
