History

Established in 1947.

Stotz Equipment has been family-​owned and operated since 1947. By 1959, the company had 7 locations and was recognized as the largest John Deere dealer in the world. In 1978, Stotz Equipment opened its corporate office in Avondale, Arizona. The company expanded in 1997 by purchasing a Golf and Turf dealership in the San Diego area. Expansion came fast after that. By 2005, Stotz Equipment had 13 locations in 4 states. In 2013, the dealership acquired Crossroads Equipment allowing them to combine AA Equipment, Arizona Machinery and Greenline Equipment into one company. Single family ownership for over 68 years has helped to create a consistency of service and a commitment to customers that is unmatched by competitors. Customers have access to the combined knowledge of nearly 400 employees in 22 locations across 8 states. Stotz Equipment was named the 2013 Dealership of the Year by Farm Equipment magazine and is recognized as the 2014 John Deere Golf Distributor of the Year.
