History

Established in 2006.

Dave Fraser and Phil Vaughn both attended Pepperdine University. After graduating in 2002 they each found their way into the construction industry with Dave doing remodeling and landscape design on the beach homes of Orange County and Phil doing large scale renovations in Beverly Hills. Near the end of 2006 they decided to join forces and start a construction company in San Diego. With their combined experience they have worked on virtually every type of residential construction from multi-​million dollar remodels to patio covers and decks to building fences and gates. No matter what type of job you have SD Custom Construction can take care of it for you!
