Welcome to Positive Psychology Life Coaching — learn how to overcome obstacles, attain goals, live life to the fullest!
Positive Psychology Coaching can teach you new behavioral and cognitive skills in order to increase motivation, overcome obstacles, achieve dreamed-about goals, and make the adjustments necessary to become the best you can be in any or all areas of life. Unlike other coaching methods, this innovative technique uses the principles of Positive Psychology, a scientifically-based discipline that for the past decade has been researching and developing the keys to understanding optimal human functioning.
Positive Psychology Coaching works by developing a person’s strengths rather than spending inordinate amounts of time trying to correct weaknesses. By helping to identify your signature strengths — those that feel natural to you and that you utilize often — you will learn to apply them to solve problems and reach your goals in life.

In addition to working with my coaching clients, I also offer supervision services to individuals who currently have a coaching practice or those who are planning to become a life coach. Please go to my website for more information on supervision.
As a psychologist and life coach for the past 25 years, I’ve witnessed the extraordinary results that this approach can render. I also teach courses in Positive Psychology in the Extended Learning Program at Cal State University, San Marcos. I invite you to peruse my website and contact me for a free, 30-minute, no-obligation consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
My latest book, It’s Your Little Red Wagon… 6 Core Strengths for Navigating Your Path to the Good Life is now available at Amazon.com. This is my contribution to the field of Positive Psychology and contains much of what I’ve learned about building a life of purpose, motivation and personally-defined success based on six core strengths.
