Pho Food To Go

Although the name states Food To Go there is definitely seating inside to enjoy your meal. They had their grand opening on ¹⁰⁄₁₃.
This restaurant is located within the La Sorspresa Barata market, there is an exterior door but you can access through the market as well. The set up reminds me of most Chinese places. There is a counter with many food items to select from behind the glass. The menu has your basic Vietnamese sandwiches, phos, plates, and rolls. I had the fresh spring rolls and a beverage. The rolls were good, on par with many others I’ve had. The peanut sauce was better than most, I’m sure it’s because they added a little hot sauce before serving. Another bonus, they asked If I wanted peanuts before adding them. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy nuts, just not in my sauce.

Anyhow, service was just fine, food came out with average time, they have a fountain machine for drinks, décor was fit for for the market, place was clean. Pretty standard operating for Vietnamese. I give a three, and
plan to re-​evaluate when I try the phở.
