They gave me free samples of pens to try before I placed my order, updates during the process, plus free delivery of the finished product. I just want to give a thumbs up to the new owner of Minuteman press here in escondido. We needed some very specific high end business cards made (thick glossy card stock with UV coating and 4 color print and dual side print) and the color turned out not as I had wanted. The new owners saw what they should have looked like and gave me the boxes for free reprinted them perfect and said no charge due to the inconvenience. Talk about customer service that is great. If you want to get your printing done from a local business that stands by its reputation I would encourage you to explore Minuteman Press

We had a last minute printing need and I found Minuteman Press on the internet. I received a call back for a quote very quickly. Their prices beat the major chains, and the co-​owner Sean, was a delight to work with. He had an excellent product for us and even delivered it! Everything was completed quickly and looked great– we used Minuteman the next time and had the same outcome, so very reliable as well. I highly recommend using this local business that is flexible and friendly. A fantastic addition to the growing Escondido small business force.

I had a need for 39 manuals, varying in page increments of 40 – 250, spiral binding. I emailed for quote and received a quick (22 min later) response with a price quote half of what Kinkos FedEx and print world offered.
They had them done next day with great communication all the way.
They are pleasant and very kind.
