I threw a 60th birthday party for my brother and had Mailboxes & More make a photo banner to display. Paul the manager helped me organize my photos on the banner and it turned out great. It was a fantastic addition to the party and the photos brought back happy memories for my brother.

I’m really surprised at the reviews here. I sell books online and I’ve used the service of this shipping center for years and they NEVER disappoint.
The workers have changed over the years but they’re always positive.
I remember when I first went here, I always see this pretty blonde female worker. She ALWAYS gets the job done. Unfortunately, I never got her name. I haven’t seen her lately so I’m guessing she moved or something
Now, they have brand new employees that I’ve never seen before and they’re all super chill. I get a positive vibe from them every time I’m here
So, for those with negative experiences with this store, that’s totally unfortunate but for me, I really like this store and I’m glad that I haven’t had ANY negatives experiences thus far. Good job Mailboxes & More for always making me a happy customer

In 2007 I wandered into Mailboxes and More because they were offering 6 months of free PO box service for fire victims. Of course I took them up on the offer! Since then, Mailboxes has been a lifesaver for me and my «other office». When I drive up to the store, the employees recognize my car and have my mail in hand as I arrive. How’s that for customer service! Mike and his staff are amazing and are willing to accommodate anything I need. Mike has a heart of gold and has financially supported my non-​profits Healthy Kids Choice and Candy Buy Back for years. He ships thousands of pounds of candy to our troops after Halloween to Operation Gratitude all at his own cost. I give Mailboxes and More and That Place That Ships 5 stars because they have earned every one of them over the past 7 years. Thanks for everything!

Unfortunately there are not a lot of Mail Service/​Shipping Stores in Escondido.
Two of which are owned by Mike, which doesn’t leave many choices.
I’ve used both for years. Not anymore.
You’d be best off going to Postal Annex.
Be Aware: if you go: There really is no accountability by management (read: owner) for any mistakes made by the staff, and a complete and utter disregard for any kind of commitment to customer service, reliability, or even accuracy.
The communication/​organization skills suck at the management level.
It’s obvious they think little of their customers, although we do pay them for these services.
Customer’s suffer if anything goes wrong.

I mailed a high dollar item to Italy via USPS Priotity International. They refused to sell me a tracking number. My cousin in Italy never received the item. I contacted USPS whom said the Item was never turned over to USPS. USPS Post Master states that the Mailboxes & More stole my mail.

Where as the girls who work here are great. The owner Mike is not. When they get really busy there are not enough people to help the line and I’ve seen people get out of line and leave. I’ve done it before myself. If I’m going to wait in a line I’d rather wait at the post office or at ups and actually pay the real postage price not a price that’s got a huge mark up on it. After my most recent visit here this month and interaction with Mikes attitude I WILL NOT be returning to this location. I will be taking my shipping needs else where.

This place is great. You never have to wait in line. Everyone is nice and the keep track of your information to make mailing quicker in future visits. They also notarize and make keys. Awesome place.

I always come here for my postal needs. Everyone I’ve come in contact with is very helpful and kind. The only downfall is sometimes I’ve caught them when they’ve been really busy. Basically, if you live nearby and don’t want to use the post office I seriously recommend them!
