Loaded Precision Bicycle Components is no longer at this location. While it was a very cool spot they just outgrew it.
Loaded is locally owned and locally managed. They provide very high end bicycle components at very affordable prices.
I have decked out my last two mountain bikes with Loaded parts and I am very very happy with both rides.

Does it walk like a duck? Does it Look like a duck? It probably is a duck… but then again, it may be a platypus! Loaded is a platypus, and I mean that in the best way. I have driven by this vacant former bar/​bait shop/​general market type place probably hundreds of time as I have family in the area. It is great to see if being put to good use. They have taken over this classic roadside bar type location and are using it as their headquarters, and I really like the idea. What a cool change from the drab, everyday concrete boxes that are the industrial areas. This place has a great amount of character and it will be interesting to see what they become.
Loaded is a purveyor of very fine bicycle parts, particularly fine mountain bike parts such as handlebars, wheels etc. The products are all the highest quality available and offered in cool colors! They also build their wheels in house. They do offer a logged pint glass for a donation, which is very cool as well and I will be stopping back by soon to add that pint glass to my collection.
Look for these guys to be making a big impact on the local biking community this spring and summer… and if you find yourself riding thru Lake Hodges, stop in and grab a pint… glass.
