I tried this place ONCE and will never go back. Owner is non responsive. Most machines were broken. Much better option down the street.

This place is bullshit! I took my new bedding to wash in this store trying to save $ 1 than other one down in south Escondido. I came back in about an hour (due to emergencies), I was shocked to find out they were gone completely! I contacted the owner and she promised to reimbursed me with the receipt (tried to get me out of the store fast),
I found the receipt two days later and contacted her again but she didi’t pick up my calls, I have to use other phone, she picked up and pretend it was not her but I insisted and then she said she didn’t promise anything and that I have been to the store many times and have reimbursed me many times.
Now if your were first time customer and lost the $ 50 worth garments, and the owner didn’t give it shit but making up stories, that’s disgusting.
Since she has cameras all over the store, I asked if she can even prove I was there more than one time and have reimbursed one time to the cop, she didn’t reply a word.
Thats the story, lost bedding plus such horrible owner. What should I say, customers be aware! This store IS prone to theft. I have been to others in Escondido and never a problem! Lesson learned I guess.

The two stars are for the relatively reasonable prices, and free (EXTREMELY BAD) wifi. Otherwise I may have given it one star (or zero, if that were possible).
On several occasions, I have seen German cockroaches on the counters and floors. If that wasn’t enough, the woman who cleans the place in the evenings is extremely loud, and not even courteous enough not to sweep over your feet, when you’re sitting down. She doesn’t warn you, or ask you to move, when using harsh-​smelling chemicals RIGHT NEXT TO YOU.
You have to pay (25 cents) to use the bathroom, which looks absolutely disgusting, and is extremely small. I’m talking 3 feet wide, seriously. And the sink in the bathroom DOES NOT WORK.
Most of the time there are people with extremely loud children, and the kids are running around, climbing on counters, and remain unchecked.
On top of that, I have been turned away at 7 in the evening, when the woman told me they were «closed». They were supposed to be open for another two hours.
So, over all. Bad atmosphere, risk of roaches, rude staff, and the chance that you might not even get to wash your clothes! If you can drive a little farther, for somewhere better, do it.
