Very unprofessional. Had an appointment on 03/23/2015, went 30 mins early to fill out forms and when I got there, the receptionist was on her personal phone. There was no friendly greeting. She just gave me paperwork to fill out and told me to give it to her when I’m finish. She went back to her personal phone. I’m sitting and waiting to be seen, but I guess it took awhile when there was just one person beside myself that was waiting patiently. When I got seen by Dr. Fabie at 1:15pm, 15 mins past my appt at 1pm, he didn’t introduced himself and got everything done fast. Cleaning my teeth was super fast, water dripped on my neck, and I still felt toothpaste inside my mouth still and when he started the filling, he didn’t give me any numbing medicine which I find it odd. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The place is dirty! Lol, the waiting room was clean, but somehow when they take you the room, it was filthy. –_– The people seem to just want money. Money hunger! If you actually didn’t rush me then I would’ve gave probably a 4 stars. I don’t like the feeling of rushing, especially when it comes to doing a good job on your teeth. Teeth are special! I need it to be healthy to eat ! Haha.

I signed up on Unilocal just so I can review this place and rant about my absolute nightmare of an experience. If you care about your teeth and your dignity, avoid this place at all cost. In fact, if are a human being you should avoid this place at all cost. I was a new patient looking for a dentist near my place and this was pretty much picked by my insurance company. Going in as a new patient, you would hope that the dentist would at least properly introduce himself and build a rapport with his patient. Instead I got maybe a few sentences out of him. And then came the dental work. I have never had so much pain from just a cleaning. He was careless and very harsh with my teeth. He completely disregarded how much pain I was having and how much spit was accumulating in my mouth. He accidentally punched my mouth a few times with his knuckles as he was vigorously drilling my teeth. If he had cared, he would have seen the tears flowing down my face from the pain. After the cleaning, we have another exchange of maybe one sentence and he walks away. Just like that. Does not exchange a smile or walk me to the front at least. The whole time I had a very cold vibe from them, as if my presence was a burden. Since that was the case, I won’t be going here again.
