The place is ok. I usually just get breakfast for churros. Their burgers are pretty gross. They give you diarrhea. Watch out for the crazy homeless people. They bug customers and the workers dont do anything to stop them. Felecita mino homeless park is across the street. Still, watch out.

I love this jack in a box. The management here keeps a tight ship with cleanliness, food quality and speed. I am always impressed at how quick and professional they are. Even as I write this review in their drive thru, they ran out of fries and gave me a discount because I didn’t get what I originally had wanted. Without me even asking. That shows an attentive crew that wants the best for their customer and they want the customer to return. We frequent this jack in the box because its always on point. The manager does a great job at running their store. I for sure recommend this as a frequent stop if you live in the area.

My wife and I frequent this location 2 – 3 times per month and have never been unhappy with the service, quality of food or price. Typically Mary is at the front counter and she is great. My wife always wants a knife to cut her sandwich, and every time Mary remembers to put it on our tray. That is caring customer service… plus one heck of a good memory. The location is always clean and the few times we use the restroom it has always been clean and well stocked. We have JITB’s closer to us, but driving a little further to get to this location is well worth it. They no longer have the unique soda machine, so the one picture in the reviews is no longer valid.

Let me start by saying that we aren’t really fast food people. In-n-out-ok. Every so often Sonic if my southern born and bred husband is feeling nostalgic. So this review is more for the service than the food. We stopped here after an excessively long, bad day because we were near it-and starving, and the idea of getting out of the car to go into a restaurant was mortifying. The food was ok, typical fast food-palatable but nothing I’d call«good food». The service however, was surprisingly great. They were friendly, polite, and they spoke english clearly and were understandable. Now, here is where people stop reading to send me nasty messages and call me racisit(which I am not). I don’t care about race, I care about being able to understand the people that are speaking to me, especially if they are going to be providing a service to me. They 2 youngish guys(maybe very early 20s) did a great job and took their jobs seriously and treated us as such.

I’m just updating my review because my original reviewed made note that this location has the Coca-Cola multi drink machine and they no longer have this machine at this location. All else remains the same. It’s a Jack in the Box, they have good service here and your standard Jack fare… I wish they had better tea, but Jack in the Box appears to use a tea that is overly bitter and unpleasant, so I stick with Diet Coke when I visit Jack.

The manager took my order. He was nice and friendly. He asked how my day was going so far. The ranch chicken sandwich and curly fries were good as expected. The location was clean.

They ask a million times«How was your service», I’m not going to tell you to your face you suck at your job, that’s what the internet is for!

Why Jack in the Box? They have the Soda Fountain of the Future! Lime Coke? Kinda gross. Not much lime flavor, and yet too much. Grape Sprite? It was fun to see this one come out of the dispenser. Although it’s not much more than a less disgusting grape soda. Strawberry Coke? Toxic. Cherry Root Beer? I don’t know. It was out of root beer flavor. Just as well, I suppose. In the future, we will still run out of things. Sorry, it doesn’t dispense juice. Or anything resembling real food. Jeez, that’s asking a bit much, don’t you think? Still, I like the future. The future is fun.
