I just came back from a very disappointing sitting. My friends and I showed up early so that we would be able to get in right at our appointment time. There was no one in the studio I asked if we could go in early because my child had ust woken up from a nap. They told me that would not be possible because there was someone ahead of me. I went to take a seat and then watched as for the next half hour if you says he took pictures of themselves. They were so late that the woman who is ahead of me when she arrived had to wait for 10 minutes past her appointment time. That then pushed my appointment 20 minutes late even though there has been nobody before us. By this time my kids were getting a little sleepy but we’re still up to taking pictures. When I got in there the associate insisted that I set my barely example baby even though I repeatedly told her he could not set up yet. She also yelled at his four-​year-​old brother. I’ve been to the studio before with another associate who manage to get great pictures this time however we were interrupted three times by various associates walking through the photo shoot well my boys were taking pictures. The constant distraction, marked by the unprofessional attitude of the photographer made this an awful experience. There was not a single photo we could use. I was hoping to get more because my baby is so small and these moments are important to us. This was our first sibling photo shoot we came happy excited well rested and clean and left exhausted frustrated and sad.

I’ve been here before and they’re always running behind. Initially it was a pain but I was OK with pictures so no big deal. This time studio manager told me I can pick them up today after 3 pm. I drove all the way there and my CD was not there. Not happy at all. Gal that works there said sorry, but that doesn’t take back the time and gas I spent getting down there. Terrible!

Went to this store and they were running 1 hour behind. Then when we got my twins in for their pictures they had waited so long the babies were frustrated. The photographer took horrible pictures and didn’t even try to get my babies to smile. I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of doing it again so unfortunately I had to buy what they had. I swore I would never go back here again so I went to the Carlsbad portrait studio and it was worse. I asked them when I got there how long the wait was after we had made an appt. They told us 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they took another customer in and acted like it would only be another 10 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They tried to offer us free prints but who wants crappy pictures of babies who are upset for waiting over an hour not me! We left without our pictures but not before they tried to blame it on the holidays as a reason they were so far behind. I might have bought it but the time before was in September so what was the reason then — the heat? Do not go here unless you want to settle for just ok pictures and crappy customer service.
