If you are looking for a truly honest & knowledgeable plumbing company, look no further. Small family-​owned business that cares about their customers. I needed a water heater replaced. Although they could not get to me immediately because of another emergency they were already working on, they understood my position and thus referred me to another plumbing company. NOT… after I picked myself up off the floor, I called Hosford back, ask their cost and when could they get to me. I don’t regret the wait, the fair and honest price, and the personable and professional family members that got me back on track. MANY THANKS TO HOSFORD PLUMBING.

Hosford plumbing is the most honest, helpful plumbing outfit I have ever done business with. When Hosford discovered that some parts were going to be sent by the tankless water heater manufacturer (for free), they passed the saving directly on to me! What a breath of fresh air it was to find there are still honest firms out there. In addition their quote for the repair job was several hundreds of dollars less than their closest competitor. Last, but certainly not least, they fixed all my problems better than the folks who installed it originally. Can’t say enough good things about Hosford. Call them first if you have a plumbing problem.

Congeniality and expertise is a great combination. I called these folks because of their expertise with Eternal hybrid water heaters. They responded quickly and gave the unit a very thorough inspections and testing. They uncovered a failure that was difficult to find but makes all the difference. They got the unit running so I would have hot water while ordering a new one under warranty. They will be coming back but instead of dreading the plumber I am looking forward to see them. This is a plumbing company that you can feel good about calling.
