I just bought an X1 from Ashkon and Andrew and let me tell you my experience was truly unlike anything i’ve every experienced at a car dealership. The service just outstanding. They were all so friendly and really just got straight to the point and asked me what I wanted and they made it happen. Honestly I was not expecting to get the car I wanted fully loaded at a price I wanted. I visited several of the other dealerships in town and the prices they gave me were ridiculous and not even on a brand new X1. They really both went above and beyond for me and stayed late to get me in my new car that night. I really felt like I knew these people, they make you feel like family. I hear a lot of horror stories and they really exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking to get a new car go visit Ashkon and Andrew they will really give you an incredible buying experience and they have so much knowledge. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and not give me a bunch of crazy number. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Last month we had our bumper fixed and it looked great. Later that week we noticed a small clip was broken and the bumper was flapping in the wind. We pushed the corner in but the clip was broken. Life got in the way and we were not able to get it back to have them take a look at it for over a month. We decided today to walk in and see if they would look at it. We didn’t have an appointment or our paper work. Not only did they looked at the bumper but they apologized for the inconvenience and fixed it right away, no questions asked. I have had my car repaired 2 times now and they ALWAYS exceeded my expectations.

I’ll start with the bottom line. I would NOT recommend this place to family and friends. I think their work is shoddy and I could have got better quality paint job at Earl Sheib for $ 99.
I want to complain directly with them but on the other hand, I don’t want them touching my car again. My car went in to repair the paint on a fender where the clearcoat had broken down. What I got back was a poorly sprayed clearcoat that you can see where they must have stopped and started or came in from 2 different directions. I also found massive overspray on the opposite side of the hood. It looks like they masked off part of the car for this repair and I have no idea if the overspray is from this job or maybe from the booth next to it but is it obvious where they taped off. I also found a few scuffs in places that weren’t there before and orange scuffs on the door trim. Maybe from an orange air hose? I don’t know but I do know that they did more damage than they fixed. I hand wash this car myself and I know where all the flaws and blemishes are. There was a spot on the front corner bumper that looked like someone put their boot there scuffing it. That was not there when I left it. Neither was the scratches on the back door below the trim. Someone was very careless around my car.
When I left the car, I was told maybe 2 days. I dropped it off on Tuesdays and since I hadn’t heard a word by the next Monday, I called. They said it would be done that afternoon. I suspect they hadn’t touched my car until that day and rushed it through by using one of their interns or janitors. When I picked up the car, I mentioned two clearcoat scratches on the door. The guy said it was nothing and asked if I wanted it taken care of. Are you kidding? Those scratches shouldn’t have been there to begin with! He went in, grabbed his glaze and a rag and took care of it. He seemed quite put out.
Back to the bottom line. These guys are friendly in the front office and talk professional but the actual work and their attitude is less then stellar. Any further work will NOT be with these guys and I will inform my insurance company of their poor work.

On Aug 10^th I was sadly rear ended (hit and run) and My insurance company Listed Hensons on their approved auto body shops. Hensons was amazing, and their team (everyone from Suzanne to Byron) were top notch! I’m so lucky I had minimal damage to my bumper area, and even happier with Hensons great service! I highly recommend them!

About a month ago I had the misfortune of being in an auto accident (not my fault!) My insurance carrier gave me a list of recommended repair shops. I ended up choosing Henson’s Fix Auto Escondido.
As this was my first auto accident, I was nervous and completely unaware of how the entire process worked. From the very beginning, the communication and direction I received was very impressive. Before I even showed up with my damaged car, my rental car was completely lined up for me. Super easy! Throughout the process, I received email updates which included photos showing the progress of the repairs! They completed the repairs a day earlier than promised and even did some extra paint touch ups. My car looked great! I felt they held my hand throughout, turning a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. Needless to say, I have and will continue to highly recommend them!

Auto fix has always done a great job for me and daughters, very professional services and friendly.

Stay away. Gave them two tries and they screwed my BMWs paint job up, installed hood incorrectly (won’t shut on one side), windshield sprayers spray over the top of the car, hood scoop not in all the way, the list goes on. Nice staff but they did sub par work. Also took them days longer to finish my car than they had first initially told me. Glad I sold the car and don’t have to deal with this place again.

Had some minor parking lot damage and went to the Escondido location for an estimate. Marvin took a look and thought it might only be surface damage. He took my car in the back and it buffed out saving me the hassle of a repair. Even though my insurance was paying I appreciated not having to tie up my car. Fix passed up some business for the sake of doing the right thing and providing good customer service.
