Their Diablitos are so delicious
It’s not the most fancy place in the world but it is a decent Mexican Ice Cream place with their decent prices.
Employees work at a fast pace but manage to give you your order tasting delicious.
Could have better customer service BUT I understand Mexican people can usually just be quiet and have this «don’t talk to me face» when in reality their politeness is their they just focus on working.

A whole in the wall mexican ice cream shop with unique flavors and amazing prices. 2 scoops for 2 $, I typically get a scoop of coconut and a scoop of tamarind. Besides the typical flavors like pistachio, cookies n cream, and strawberry this space offers unique options such as sapote, yellow cherry, cheese, and mango chili. So far all the flavors I’ve tried have tasted super fresh, whether you have a boring palate or like new things there is something here for you, your friends, or kids.

Obviously most of the reviews speak for themselves. I really don’t know what the 1 star guy was thinking… This is the best family owned ice cream/​Popsicle store i have ever been to! There is enough variety here for anyone to enjoy themselves. Everything is obviously hand made and made with a ton of love. Much respect to the owners for creating and establishing such a great place! Why get ice cream from somewhere with artificial flavors when you can get all natural Popsicles and sorbets here. Every time my girlfriend and I need our sweet fix, this is where we are coming to. Thanks again for being a solid local business!

First time here came from vista it’s worth the drive for a fresh chamango love it plus the service is very nice the lady was very polite and very cleaned service ahh don’t forget the fresh made jelatinas there the boom had one and love it defiantly coming back for more good ice cream n telling my friends about a A++++++

This place was quite possibly the WORST ice cream shop that specializes in Mexican treats I have ever been to. Where to start, the prices are blacked out on most items bc their «prices changed.» Well, it would help if they put on the new prices right? Check out the picture. Secondly, the worker seemed preoccupied with closing rather then serving her customers. Mind you I showed up 30 mins before closing time. When I asked for a fruit cup (pico de gallo), she looked at all the fruit that was right in front of me already put away in containers and looked back at me and said they didn’t have any more. I then decided to give up on this place and take my business else where. Did I mention how she was mopping and then proceeded to get ice cream and prep some «churros locos» without washing her hands and putting on gloves. Save time, go somewhere else. I’m hopeful the owner sees this review.

My family LOVES Helados Azteca’s ice cream bars. Not to sweet like most ice cream and so very fresh. My husband likes the tropical fruit flavors; the kids favor the strawberry and I love the coffee bars!

Out of all the ice cream places in north county Helados Azteca is the best one. The other flavors do not compare to what these people do. They are deliciously amazing. I will for sure be using them for future special events.

I really enjoyed Helados Azteca! I had the chamango, elote and two scoops of strawberry and vanilla. The ice cream was very good! I may be no help though because ice cream is ice cream to me. Lol!
I was excited to see that they had elotes! The corn came on a stick with mayo, grated cheese and chili powder (from what I’m familiar with, but they may have added more ingredients). It was soooo delicious!!!
I suggest getting their chamango with mango sorbet for $ 4.25! That’s an awesome price, IMO! I’m craving it right now! There are only 3 tables, so prepare to eat outside or in the car if the tables are all taken.
