Jojo did my taxes last year when I couldn’t get Turbo Tax to work for me. Upon checkout, the computer «had to» add $ 35 Peace of Mind charge that I did NOT want in order for the transaction to go through. I was told I would get this refunded by check within 2 wks. After repeated calls to the nation office, calls to the local office and 2 visits there, I have received neither a call back or a check. They lost my business for sure.

I have been going to this HR Block ever since I have moved to California. Almost 11 years now. My tax preparer JO JO is absolutely amazing. I have not had one incident when filing my taxes and she always gets me the most money. JO JO is very thorough and one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. In fact now that I have moved (I almost 23 miles away) I still drive out there to have her do my taxes.
