We had no problem with the individuals helping us with taxes, BUT we feel the company does not help in any way with saving you money and their charges were VERY expensive, more than we had ever paid any other preparers. We had to go to two locations to get them done and the price was staggering. we regret using HRBlock and will never do so again.
