Worst experience ever! Crooks!!! I ordered a Nike Hybrid golf bag. I was told it would be shipped out in 2 days. After 4 weeks of calling them and emailing the company I received an email stating that they weren’t going to fill my order. I was out the money that I paid them!!! Their response was for me to contact my credit card company and see if I could get them to reimburse me the money… DONTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISSITE!!! ITIS A SCAM!!!

My experience with Golf Circuit was excellent. Upon placing my outerwear order(Golf Circuit had the lowest price among all competitors), I was immediately e-mailed a UPS shipping number which allowed me to track my order from Georgia to Seattle. The order arrived four days later. The pants fit fine but the Mizuno jacket, size Large, was not quite large enough. I called Golf Circuit, spoke with a customer service representative, and sent the jacket back while simultaneously Golf Circuit sent a size XL, duplicating the original experience in terms of timeliness. Apparently whatever Terry S. and Andy B.(previous reviews) experienced has been fixed. The Golf Circuit customer service was impressive, and I’ll buy from them again.

Just sitting here waiting… I ordered a golf club from Golf Circuit 16 days ago. Their website says that orders take 3 – 5 days to arrive. Four days ago, I Emailed them asking where my club is. Today, I finally got a response to my Email. They sent me a UPS tracking number, so I went to the UPS site and typed in the number, and«A shipping label has been printed.» Well that’s good to know isn’t it? How long until it makes it onto a UPS truck? I’ve only played four rounds of golf since I ordered that club, I want my f@cking club, and that thing better be in perfect condition, or it’s going back. I have no problem doing that just to cost them money. This is my first and last time ordering from Golfcircuit, com. They FAILED on shipping on time. They FAILED with their communication with the customer. And we’ll see what happens when/if I ever get this club. I would not recommend supporting this company. UPDATE:(8−10−2012) I finally received my club after three weeks of waiting. Gonna take it to the range tonight and see what happens. I just don’t want to hate this club every time I look at it remembering back on the purchase experience. But some of my best club purchases have turned bad with something I wasn’t perfectly happy with out on the course, so I really hope this is «The one»… As you can see from the pictures, you could probably read my mind when I was handed that box. It was the icing on the sh! t cake that was my first and last purchase from golfcircuit, com I’m glad it’s over with and satisfied with seeing that every«Useful» click on this review saved someone from this company, and they may have gone elsewhere. When I ordered this club, their website said that it was«Available». They also said that it will arrive in 3 – 5 business days. ITTOOKTHREEWEEKS!!! This place should really attend some golf lessons at thefirsttee, org, maybe they would learn something about honesty, respect, and all those other great values that the average third grader outshines them on…
