Established in 2006.
Cherrie has been involved in the management, leasing, sales, and acquisition of income-producing properties since 1980. Cherrie founded Giles & Company, Inc. in 2006 and is responsible for the management of commercial properties located in California, Idaho and Florida. Prior to the founding of Giles & Company, she served as an Asset Manager and Vice President in the the Trust Real Estate Department in the Private Client Services Department for Wells Fargo Bank, Inc. Her 13 years of experience as an Institutional Asset Manager gave her great exposure for her portfolio of 90+ properties. These properties included commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, and single-family homes.
Cherrie also held a position for Cushman & Wakefield, managing high-rise buildings in Denver, Colorado. She was awarded «Employee of the Year» in 1990.

Cherrie is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, awarded in 1996. She served as the 2003 President of the San Diego IREM Chapter 18. She is past Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the local chapter. Cherrie is animal advocate and serves on the Board of Directors for the Rancho Coastal Humane Society.
