I wanted to get my carbon fiber hood clear coated and contacted Jr at 9PM at night. He got back to me right away and was able to get my a quote just from some pictures. When I brought my hood in, he gave my a good understanding of the end results so I knew what to expect. The original pick up date was pushed once for issues at the shop and a second time because he said he could give me a better end product if he had an extra day. The whole time he was giving me updates and pictures so I knew what was going on. All in all, Jr has excellent customer service and really puts in the time and work into what he does.

Very good service and prices. Everywhere else said it couldn’t be done, but Del Real’s said, oh yes we can! They started the work right away and finished my car on time, I have used them for years and recommend them to everyone. Include Del Real’s when getting your estimates

I came here to get my front headlight looked at since it has not been working. First of all the car electrician they had working there named Jose doesn’t actually work for the actual business apparently he works behind the business somehow. So he said he would take a look at my light and call me to let me know what was wrong. 3 hours later I got a call and he said it was my ballast which he then told me I could only buy from the dealer for $ 500, which was not true because I looked it up on ebay right after and it was only $ 60. I went to go pick up my car and when I told Jose I found it on ebay for way cheaper and that I was going to buy it there and then bring it back to him for him to put it in he got very upset and began getting angry, maybe because he was trying to steal $ 500 off me by saying he was going to purchase it from the dealer and realized he no longer was going to be able to. After a while of him aggressively trying to tell me nothing on ebay works the right and saying I was never going to come back for him to fix it he insisted I pay him $ 80 just for determining what was wrong with the car. I have never heard of a mechanic doing something like that before so please if you are ever thinking about giving this place business think twice HORRIBLEEE service!

I came to see JR with a major repair. He did a beautiful job with a very small budget. Very timely — His shop is clean and organized. Delivered as promised.
