Computerized Cobbler

Reallybad customer service, bought a pair of nursing expensive shoes and they don’t fit right. The lady there wasn’t willing to exchange them for a different pair stating that they are being wore. I only worn them for 2 days and since I’m a nurse and I’m in my feet all day I need to be comfortable

Just went there this morning, only because I had to pick up a repair for my GF. Got to the mall at 10:05am…no one was at the store. Went to Sears to burn some time, then when I got back it was open, but none was there! Really. After 5 minutes, the lady shows up. then besides picking up a repair all I needed was two pairs of heel plates (takes about 30 seconds)…Noone else was int eh store, but she asked me fi I could come back tomorrow. I told her I could come back in 15 minutes… Don’t even want to talk about their prices… eeek

Don’t go to this store. I tried to exchange some $ 200 UGG boots for a smaller size and the store owner said they only honor exchanges/​refunds within 15 days of purchase. This is bogus. These boots were bought on Dec 7 and given to me on Dec 25-​Christmas. I waited until after the after-​Xmas crowds were gone to exchange them but even if I had returned them on Dec 26, that would have still been outside the return window. Apparently, I was supposed to return them by Dec 22.
Every store that I shop at has a return policy that starts AFTER Christmas. This is no way to run a business.
I feel like a previous poster in that I also try to frequent small businesses but don’t waste your money at this store.

If I could give a negative star, I would! Owner or whoever this woman was was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. Tis the season for Christmas gift returns, you could at least listen or be understanding of the lost receipt instead of «claiming» that the boots weren’t yours. My credit card shows otherwise! I will never go back to this store again and I will let anyone know that this store should be their LAST RESORT!

Exceptionally rude store owner. I would highly recommend going to a more reputable store if you plan to purchase shoes or boots. They only provide a 15 day window for returns and are unwilling to work with you outside that window. When I spoke with her on the phone she was extremely rude and even hung up on me. And this is the owner. Stay Away!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband brought a very nice pair of shoes in to have the back of the shoe fixed because it was cutting into his heel. They assured him it would be no problem to fix. We left the shoe and went back to pick them up, while in the store I ran my fingers on the part of the shoe that was suppose to be fixed and nothing had been done to the shoe. Jasmine who was the clerk (I don’t blame her she is just an employee) said she could feel the sharpness but there was nothing she can do. She suggested I call Bertha. On Monday I called Bertha and explained the situation and she said to bring the shoe in, I told her that I lived in Fallbrook and I wouldn’t be able to get there right away and asked if she could just issue me a refund, she said she had to look at the shoe before issuing a refund. I made the drive to Escondido and all she did was yell at me that the shoe had been fixed I asked her if she can feel the sharpness on the heel of the shoe and all she kept saying was «it was softer than it use to be» EXCUSE ME! She could feel the problem but refused to do issue a refund.
Save yourself the trouble and do not go here!

Located in the mall, tons of shoes for both Men and Women! Lots of styles that feature supportive shoes & sandals for people that need arch support.
Always enjoy what this store has to offer and friendly people!

I didn’t realize this was more of a shoe repair store, so their wasn’t much of a selection. I showed her several pair of shoes I liked but she said some had no half sizes, 7, 8. 9 etc.

After some confusion as to the type of shoes she had, she brought out a pair of «Born «shoes a size 8 M. They were tight around the width, but she said at no cost she could stretch them. There was kind of a nick on the shoe, but she said that was because of the leather.
The shoes, came to $ 140.00. I never did see a tag, but I trusted the store. On my way home, I started thinking of the whole experience and went on the Born website. same exact shoe cost $ 95.00. The receipt shows a batch number and amount, no tax and a sale on the receipt, what Sale? Is this legal?
I like to see small business prosper, I go through great lengths and do my research
on most of the products I purchase. Sorry, my personal experience with this store is not favorable.

Went in for the first time, asked about inserts for my new boots. The lady was rude and unhelpful. She gave me insoles to try and ripped apart my brand new inserts from my boots so I had no choice but to buy new ones. I was quoted almost double what they were actually worth! I left infuriated with my new boots that had no insoles anymore. Called today to try to see if they were going to do anything about it and got the run around. Worst place of business in the mall hands down. Unprofessional, overpriced, and worst customer service ever!

The absolute worst craftsmanship ever. The sole fell apart the first day and then they wouldn’t warranty there repair. The blamed the shoe and said I should spend $ 20 more for them to repair again. Are you kidding? After arguing for a satisfaction guaranteed repair the manager offered 50% return. I took it and my story to Unilocal.DONT USE THE COMPUTERIZED COBBLER IN NORTH COUNTY FAIR MALL!!!

I don’t know why the bad reviews??? I been a customer of the computerized cobbler for more than 10 years and they have always done such a great job; bringing my shoes back to life and making them look almost like new. They also do such a great job with cleaning my purses and re touching or changing the color on the leather. I recommended to all my friends.

If you like to pay high prices for poor craftsmanship this is the place to go. Paid way too much, quality was not worth what I overpaid for. Had to go back a second time, because the work was so bad and when I asked the shop keeper about it, she said, «oh yeah, I saw that too, I didn’t like it either-​let me have him re-​do». What the F? If she noticed it, why did I have to bring it up-​I will never ever go back there.

Wife’s Louis Vitton purse broke and LV quoted me $ 600.00 to fix a simple strap. Computerized cobbler’s price was $ 45.00! and my wife couldn’t even tell what strap they fixed they did such an awesome job! These guys rock! They also fixed an expensive briefcase where the store I got it from said $ 400.00 and they did a stellar job for $ 25.00 — all these repairs took less than two days!,

I been a client for many years I love the costumer service, and the cuality on the repair on my shoes I highly recommend this place for repair or new shoes

Awesome shoe repair place, I have a pair of boots that fit like a glove and they make my feet feel like royalty when I wear them, but unfortunately the soles got too worn out and I really did not want to get rid of them so I took them to get them resoled at the Computerized Cobbler. They fixed my boots in a timely manner and their prices are more than reasonable. They replaced my old boots’ soles with good quality new soles and the stitching was implacable I would highly recommend this place.

This is the only place I truly trust with my father in-​laws vinage dress shoes. The do excellent repair for in fine leather and sole repair. I’ve taken three pairs here and they really brought them back to life in just a few days at a reasonable price. The lady at the front is very nice and helpful, thanks again.

Ok… start date for this was thursday. follow up on the review I posted for this so called business. Manager told me Saturday my boots would be done. I call them Saturday boots won’t be done until Monday because they don’t have the right size sole for my boots to be re-​soled. Call them today (Monday). My boots now supposedly will be done Wednesday. Because they had to ORDER the soles on Monday… This is not the way to do business! No phone calls from them or anything. If I could give this business a minus 1 rating I would! Horrible customer service. The young lady I spoke with was very rude and wouldn’t accept any responsibility whatsoever for the mixup. I must have misunderstood she said. That’s probably why they make you pay up front for their so called services. After I get these boots back they will never hear from my family or friends or anybody that I do business with. Avoid this place at all cost!!! I’m in business for myself and if I did business the way these people do, I would be out of business! Beware people…

As another reviewer stated, if I could give out negative stars – I would. Bad prices, bad customer service, and terrible quality of shoes.
I bought a pair of Orthaheel Vionic’s about 2 months ago from this store and received pretty good customer service. The one thing that I was hesitant about was the price; the manager charged me almost $ 100 for the same pair of shoes another store was selling for only $ 60. The only reason that I said yes to Computerized Cobbler was because the manager told me that I would receive free repairs should the shoe start to fall apart (which was a huge concern from past experience). I took a shot and bought them, which was a huge mistake.
Fast forward to this last Friday when I took the shoes in to be repaired because the entire side of the shoe was falling apart and the shoe had worn down on the bottom. She told me I need to see a doctor because there is something wrong with my posture and that she’s never seen anyone wear out shoes this way. I explained to her that I do not wear the shoes any more than the average person and I rotate regularly, and she said that the fact that the shoes were falling apart was still my fault and that she wouldn’t repair anything other than superglue the wall of the shoe.
It was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life, and she was the least accommodating manager I’ve ever come across. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from them again and I advise that others do the same.

Went here to fix these high heel shoes that I love and haven’t worn yet because these shoes have a think strap that wraps around the ankle and a back zipper as well. I have tiny ankles so I asked them to make it fit my ankle without loosing the the strappy design it came with. They were able to cut it and make it fit my ankles properly! And they had it ready the very next day which surprised me because I was scared reading some reviews and seeing how long people were waiting for there repair! The only problem was my shoes were blues and and they tried to blend in the color from where the had to cut and sew but the color is kind of off but it small and can’t notice unless you are staring at it. Plus I can’t wait to wear these shoes in Vegas! There so hot! So happy they were done so quickly, and Wendy was super friendly and helpful :)
