Cleary has the penchant for doing a LOT of filings that paperwork that are in my opinion unnecessary, where the cost for the filings exceeds that of the actual amount in question. In the end, you may end up paying more for her services than what you will actually receive in the end.

Ms. Renner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping me immensely through a simple case gone wrong. I came to them why my ex-​wife decided to break our divorce agreement. Ms. Renner’s knowledge and skill helped us avoid going to court, and convinced my ex-​wife to keep the agreement she made. All office staff treated me with such great compassion. I felt they helped me immensely through a very difficult time. With my sincerest gratitude, I thank them. While I hope to never need their services again, I will certainly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

I retained Cleary in my divorce case. At first I was happy with her, she seemed to be on top of it. But I was the breadmaker in the marriage so it felt like we were always playing defense. I spent 18k and I am still waiting for final resolution on my case, I can’t pay this office anymore because we ran through all the money. I am not sure what I got for my money, except a huge pile of paperwork and headaches.
I had hoped Marilyn Renner would have been more aggresive on getting a settlement, fighting for me. Instead we played defense the entire time,
ADVICE for anyone seeking legal help on a divorce– ITS EXPENSIVE and at the end of the day nothing to show for it.
