They were able to work with my budget and send my mom a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day today! Super cute vase and really nicely put together with a perfect delivery time. Not expensive either!

I just called and spoke to Margaret at Carousel Flowers! I called last minute requesting flowers to be delivered today to my daughters teacher before she leaves. Margaret was so sweet and friendly and promised me she would make sure the flowers got delivered on time(even if she had to deliver them herself) AWESOME service!!! Thank you so much Margaret!

Lynn’s Carousel of Flowers came highly recommended. Julie helped me over the phone and then emailed a photo of the arrangement. It was beautiful and I was delighted.

I stumbled upon this place with the help of Google. Wanting to send flowers to my terminally ill mother, quickly informed this wasn’t in my budget I hung up. Within seconds Lynn called me and offered to personally deliver them as I couldn’t afford the delivery fee. Her kindness took me off guard as I began to cry. You can’t take away the pain from your loved one. However, you can show that you care. Because of Lynn I was able to do so and I’m eternally grateful. Thank you for your kindness

They did a lovely job on my father’s funeral arrangement for the casket top. He was interred at the National Cemetery in Miramar, and he loved gladiolas, especially the rare white ones, and he was very patriotic. That’s all I told her, and she made a beautiful spray of red, white, and blue flowers and ribbons. The gladiolas were brilliant white. I don’t know how she managed to find them with so little advanced notice.

Update: After making my original review, I received a message from the owner of this shop clarifying that my online order was sent to a different florist in Fallbrook. This other florist made the ugly flower arrangement. The owner asked me to remove my bad review stating that because they did not make this flower arrangement, my review does not reflect their work. They added that they take their work at the local flower shop very seriously. Like I stated before, I am reviewing their ONLINE service. I am appalled that my order, which was made at the Carousel of Flowers website which represents this flower shop, was sent to another flower shop that could not be trusted, without notifying me beforehand. For this reason I leave a rating of one star. First, because of the ugly arrangement that was the responsibility of Carousel of Flowers(a responsibility that they chose to give to a sub par flower shop). Second, because if you offer online services it should be given the same thought and consideration as your in-person work, or else don’t offer it.

Today is my anniversary and I came home to a beautiful bouquet from Carousel of Flowers on Valley Parkway. They were left on the step and this evening I received a call from them to make sure I got them. I am very surprised with their level of customer service and wanted to share this experience! Their website is very detailed and I will definitely order from them in the future!

I LOVE Carousel of Flowers! I have used them on many occasions, and have never been disappointed. I sent flowers to all my customers for Christmas, and was blown away by the positive reception they received — all at a very reasonable cost. Lynn is so kind and helpful, and the flowers seem to last for a very long time. Don’t waste your money on grocery store flowers.

We hired Lynn, the owner, for our wedding flowers! We made several changes along the way and she was always very pleasant and accommodating when working with me and my mom!(Going back and forth deciding on centerpieces) I highly recommend her! Our flowers were beautiful and exactly the colors I wanted! She even put on extra details I gave to her only days before the wedding! She added a picture of my parents at their wedding that I provided her with to my bouquet! very impressed with how nice and accommodating! We got so many compliments on our flowers! Will def use again! Thanks Lynn!

I wanted to get a spur of the moment gift for my significant other. I went in and showed her an arrangement from a different florist and she was able to not only match it but make it look better and for less money.

the prom wristlet I ordered on the phone was not ready(or started) at the time I was to pick it up, but they hustled and had it ready in 30 minutes and it was very nice. Not sure what the mix-up was about, no explanation given. I also ordered mother’s day flowers and they were quite nice, but lasted fewer days than I had hope, but were beautiful for about 4 days.

I have used Carousel for years. They have never disappointed me with the arrangements and delivery is terrific. I give Lynn a budget and tell her the occasion and let her do the rest. She has never let me down, and my wife loves that I don’t try to do this alone! Thanks for another gorgeous bouquet.

I thought Carousel of Flowers was going to be a Godsend, as my son needed a corsage for the prom, which was only 2 days away. The woman at Carousel of Flowers said she was able to accommodate us so we prepaid over the phone and two days later, went to pick it up. The shop is very cute and easily accessible, with its own parking in the back, and the woman seemed friendly. It was a beautiful little wristlet, and my son was happy with it, until a few hours later. The flowers went straight into the refrigerator when we got home, and about 2 hours later a photo session was scheduled with two other couples. When my son put the corsage on his date’s wrist, it completely disintegrated and fell to the ground in a multitude of pieces – ribbon, leaves, roses, bracelet. And I do mean completely! As they brought me all the pieces, I realized that although the ribbons were wired into bow shapes, the actual roses were just HOT-GLUED onto the ribbons, which had been HOT-GLUED onto the bracelet portion. Are you kidding me??? Now i’m not a florist, but I am an artist, and from what I know the flowers are supposed to be securely wired and floral-taped on, with bits of floral glue used to help with shaping or to tack on little bits of smaller details like leaves. But NOT a glue gun used as the sole source of securing all these pieces together!!! So I missed most of the photo session as I busily went to work trying to reassemble the pieces with wire and, what else, a glue gun, since that’s all the girl’s mother had at her house and since the roses were just little nubs with no stems at all. So for half of the pictures my son’s date didn’t have any flowers at all, and although it came together in the end, I have to ask myself, why do we pay money for something, only to have to spend our own time to fix it when it was not done right the first time??? I do appreciate when someone agrees to help with a late-notice request, but if it is going to be a half-hearted and poor quality result, it would be much better to say«no».

The owner is very friendly and creates a beautiful bouquet of flowers right before your eyes. She has a nice selection of flowers. Flower shop has good parking and easy access off of Valley Parkway.
