Michael Brandlin, our Sr. Appraiser has nearly 23 years’ experience in San Diego with over 15,000 appraisals to his credit and is considered one of the top appraisers in CA. He’s also an investor and licensed realtor.

Hi, My name is Mike Brandlin and I am the owner and chief appraiser at Brandlin Appraisals. I started Brandlin Appraisals in 1990 and specialize in providing quality appraisals to the legal and professional community of San Diego. Our clients include a long list of Attorneys, CPA’s, Fiduciary’s, Estate Planners, local and national builders, and corporate trustees. Since 1990 we have experienced several changes and cycles in the real estate appraisal industry including the home Valuation Code of Conduct, and the DODD-​Frank Act. Over the last 24 years, we have also experienced several advancements in the technology involved in a real estate appraisal including digital photos, digital signatures, digital maps, digital laser measuring devices, etc.
