Amazing cleaning a very friendly staff that did a great job at restoring my marble and cleaned my carpets. I highly recommend them to all.

Peter and his crew got my textured ceramic tile floor and grout as good as new. I couldn’t believe how much dirt there was stuck in all the crevices and just ground into the floors. He then sealed everything to keep it all nice for extended wear. Regular string mops and sponge mops just leave the dirt on surface. Then he told me how to keep them clean with a spin mop I ordered on Amazon, O, Cedar, and a little dish soap liquid in warm water. The trick is to put plenty of that soap mixed water on the floor and let it soak before mopping it. Change the water frequently. You can also get a Quickie scrub brush on long handle to scrub stubborn areas like I did on floors Peter was not asked to do. It’s not as beautiful as Peters work but sure is better than before. Use a mop to remove excess water.

Great service. Really funny crew of guys Had me laughing the entire time they cleaned my floors. Did a great job, my pavers look awesome! Even got the whitewash that the previous homeowners had put on off!!! Thankfully! The floor looks so much better! The owner, Peter is really nice. He hung around and helped out the crew. Will definitely be calling Peter again!

I’m sorry you feel that way Julie. This company does NOT use any «bait and hook» tactics to scam you into paying more than what was quoted. When a phone estimate is given based on the square footage you provide, then an estimated cost is given based on that. Much like a plumber, electrician, or any other service trade, the cost can and may change once the assessment is made on the job site. If the area doubles in size, then by the given rate per square foot the cost would increase by twice as much. There are no hidden cost if we give you a per square foot rate to clean and seal your floors. There are many companies who do this type of work, and each will charge by the square foot. You may not value the skills involved in this trade and feel like you can pay little to cover cost and wages, but this is a legitimate company with an extensive list of previous customers who would refer the quality of work.

DO NOT use this company! Horrible customer service. I hate to give negative reviews but I was so upset by this company. I trust Unilocal on a regular basis and felt I had to warn others of this company and their standards. They will give an estimate and then show up and give you another quote which is drastically different. When I called to complain there was no apology and then they tried to give me another estimate which was higher than the first but lower than the one the technician gave me. As if I would allow then to come back out. They were very condescending and rude both in person when they showed up. I have never dealt with a company that treated its clients like that!
