This location is chronically understaffed. Today there was the usual two tellers for a line 25 people long at a slow time of day on a slow day of the week during a slow part of the month.
One of those two tellers was focused on the express line for business customers, which was also being filled (not served) by ‘relationship bankers’ bringing more transactions over from the seated services area. To compound matters further the teller supposedly available to regular patrons spent over 20 minutes creating a single cashier check for one customer. No one is clear why it took so long. People who had given themselves ample time to be places were fuming.
It was pointed out to the supervisor while it was going on, who gave it a minimal gesture of attention and never looked again. I half wonder in hindsight if the supervisor did so little because understaffing causes high employee turnover and she was afraid upsetting the teller could trigger a defection.
The icing on the cake? The resulting line gridlock allowed newly arriving business customers to leapfrog customers who had been waiting over a half hour… Look at the other reviews, you’ll see a recurring theme.

2 tellers working at lunch hour today with 15 – 20 customers waiting in line. Management is absolutely clueless and did nothing to help in any way. I waited 25 min before my patience ran out and I left without being helped.

I am waiting in line with 12 people in front of me with only two tellers helping. It could be better if service were important… I have been here now for almost 15 minutes and I am down to 9 people now.

Long lines. Several people who work here just walking around looking at people but not opening up teller windows. Horrible customer service.

30 mins wait to deposit is unacceptable. Waste of my time. 15 customers in line with 2 tellers.

Usually I have to wait way too long to get anything done here. But it’s in a convenient location if you bank at both navy fed and bofa.
it seems that most bankers are bilingual which I know is a bonus for lots of people.

Service sucks! It always takes forever even when it’s not busy. I hate this bank. They’re always lazy.

This is definitely not the nicest looking branch, but I have always had a good experience here. The staff are always very attentive and happy to do whatever they can!

This bank is always busy and dirty almost all of the BOA that I have been in are smelly and dirty but the service is nice they always give you a nice smile.

I’ve only ever stopped here to get some quick cash on my way to the casino. The drive up is good with 2 ATM machines, in addition, there are 2 walk up ATM’s on the side. Good location on a main road, with fair parking. I’d go back.

Service here lately just so suck! That’s all I can say. Just got out of the bank with bad impression. He did not say hi or ask what do I need to do. And when it’s done, didn’t even say a word like «thank you» or have a nice day! That’s not all, the teller that did my deposit just acted like he doesn’t even want to work there! Horrible service!!!

Very convenient location and have 2 drive thru lanes. Ever since they do the deposits without the envelopes, it does take longer to process ATM transactions. I like how the deposit receipts provides a scanned copy of the check that you deposited.
