The service I received from the point of entering the door of B & B Appliance with my inquiries through the installation of my new appliance, I am a very happy, satisfied consumer and will be a return customer for my next appliance purchase. We have worked with B and B appliance for about 20 years. We have bought numerous appliances from them. Melody, the owner, is on site and accessible. We have been so satisfied with both the appliances and the service. We just bought a new Speed Queen washer. It was delivered the next day!!! Drivers were considerate and professional. We have also used B and B for service on our appliances and have been very happy with them.

Stay home on Friday for the repairman to show up and no show/​no call. Call them on Monday and they don’t call back until Tuesday afternoon and say, «oh it will be another 10 days to schedule someone, we are short handed.» No apologies and they apparently don’t care. If you don’t care when your stuff gets fixed then give them a call.
Okay, update — the manager called this morning and came out himself. Very friendly and knowledgable.

I have used many appliance repair services over the years. I met Alex Charles, the sales manager for B & B Appliance, awhile back. I recently began using B & B Appliance for a home repair on my oven/​range and for a refrigerator repair at a rental unit. The repair technicians were able to diagnose the range repair over the phone, and brought the correct replacement part when they came over. The refrigerator completed stopped cooling, and the technician came to the rental unit within an hour of calling for service. He was able to get some cooling for the refrigerator during the service call, and returned the next day with the part to completely repair the refrigerator. B & B Appliance costs are competitive, and most importantly, they get the job done when promised. If you need to replace an appliance, the owner told me they have great specials in November.
They know what they are doing, and they are all about customer service.

I have used B and B Appliance for all of my appliance needs over the last 3 years. I have had a much better experience with them than any of the big box stores. I feel like they have a higher quality product and they are able to have it available or delivered to me much faster. I would definitely recommend trying them out. Ask for Alex.

They fixed our sub-​zero refrigerator a few times and are always quick to return with the parts for repair. They also taught us how to maintain it to avoid future problems.

Went here to purchase a top load Speed Queen washing machine because my four year old front load Whirlpool gave out. When I got there I told him what I wanted and he took me straight to the machine and he gave a brief explanation about how popular they have become since the front loaders are breaking down. He stated that the truck just came in and I could get one delivered to my home in two days! After I figured out how I was going to be paying for it, he wrote up the paper work and I was on my way. It was delivered first thing in the morning two days later and we have been doing about four loads a day ever since and have had NO problems. My Speed Queen even took out a stain on a piece of clothing that mysteriously appeared months ago while using my Whirlpool washer. My clothes smell fresh and clean unlike when I used my front loader. Loving my Speed Queen! THANK YOU B & B we couldn’t be happier!!!

This is second time with B&B and my tech, John. They are as good as it gets. I have had other appliance companys do work over the years. These guys are absolutely the best. He got here on time, did his work and was gone. Wonderful.

Each time, we’ve been well-​heard and our needs have been taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. In the property management world it pays to have responsive and caring vendors, and Alex and B&B are just that. Wow! What excellent people! Very knowledgeable about their products and excellent service technicians as well. JR was so helpful and kind during his visit to my house and did a fine job fixing my dryer. I have encouraged all of my friends to buy their appliances there and to deal directly with Alex. He knows what he is talking about and he is very charming to listen to! That smile of his and wealth of knowledge will having you redesigning your kitchen with excellent products that will last for decades!

I had a problem with my Dacor oven. Clinton arrived on time and was very professional. He refered me to a Décor warranty employee and while I was on the phone with them he fixed my oven. Before he left I had an authorization from Dacor to cover the entire cost. Clinton was a great help and a true professional. He cared about my issue and helped me get it resolved.

Honest people and very knowledgeable! We had Ryan come out the first time to service our fridge. He fixed it. Then finally something broke. We aren’t sure how old the fridge is. We aren’t the original owners.
This time John came to service our fridge. I love that we didn’t have to wait for the part to come in. John already had it! So happy to have our ice maker working again!!! And he gave us a tip on how to keep it from breaking. Highly recommend!

It makes me sad to write this update since I’ve always (at least the past 19 years) been a huge fan of B&B.
Three years ago our microwave had a problem. I called B&B and they suggested I bring the microwave in to them because it would get serviced faster. Followed their suggestion and later that morning received a call saying it wasn’t worth fixing and should be replaced. In fact, they already had a salesperson working on finding a replacement (it was a built-​in so size was an issue). We ended up spending about $ 650 with B&B for pretty much the same microwave, just newer. And although I expressed concerns about buying the same model — for fear it would break again — I was ASSURED that the problem had been corrected. I wrote a RAVE review on Unilocal.
Fast forward to last month. Friday morning I woke up and discovered that my microwave wouldn’t work. Surprisingly… or maybe NOT surprisingly, it was the SAME PROBLEM as I had with the previous microwave. Hmmm… wasn’t I told by the B&B salesperson that this «faulty design» had been corrected? I called B&B and was told it would be a week before anyone could come out to the house (even though I live 5 minutes from them), and I should bring it in for someone to look at. I explained the «history» of this appliance, that it came from B&B, was supposed to be an improvement over the previous model, yada, yada, yada. No matter. Unfortunately we had houseguests, so removing the built-​in and hauling it down to B&B wasn’t really an option. I continued to call appliance repair companies (and checking them out on Unilocal) and after a couple calls found someone who was able to come out that same day. A few hours later the repairman showed up, identified the broken piece, picked it up at a local parts warehouse, and had it up and running. The part cost $ 20, the service call $ 80. Total time spent start to finish, one hour.
So now I’m wondering… had the design really changed? The broken part was just made of plastic. Was I told that it couldn’t happen again just to get me to buy a new microwave? And why was I told the microwave wasn’t worth repairing? If it cost me $ 100 for a house call to have it repaired, so surely having it repaired in the B&B shop would have cost far less.
As long as we’ve lived here I’ve never shopped anywhere else for appliances. After this experienced I will definitely look elsewhere. For me it’s NOT just about the sales process, it’s also about how a company responds after you’ve spent the big bucks.

We had a appointment with B & B today. Clint called and told us he would arrive between noon and 2. Ho showed up at 12:06. Talk about prompt !! What a nice young man. My wife knew nothing about our range since it was here when we purchased our home a few months ago. Clint made a few adjustments and took a lot of time explaining the workings of the range, It is a DSC. High quality range according to Clint. Thank you B & B and especially Clint.

Excellent service from start to finish! B&B responded to my Unilocal message right away. I called and made an appointment easily. Nicco, the repair person arrived on time, fixed my washer and was soooo knowledgeable! He gave me all kinds of helpful tips on how to get the most from my front-​loading washer. I will definitely use this company for all my appliance repair.

We were shopping for an outdoor ice maker a few months ago. My husband 1^st went to another store where the employees didn’t seem to know much about their products & even tried to sell my husband an ice maker not rated for outdoors. So then he went to B&B. He spoke with Mike and they figured out what the best options would be for what we needed. He was so happy & relieved to have finally spoken with someone who could help him make a decision that he called me as soon as he walked out their doors. Together we went back a day or 2 later. Mike ordered our ice maker, answered all our questions, & gave us everything we’d need for the rebate. The item came in when they said it would, and they called us to let us know, and even helped me get it in my car since I picked it up by my self. Very nice, friendly & knowledgable staff!

with our GE Monogram refrigerator that had stopped working. He was great, he squeezed us in same day and had it fixed within an hour. He was great. We will call B&B Appliance anytime we have an appliance problem.

A few months back I upgraded every kitchen appliance. It was time to upgrade and I had a goal in mind budget-​wise. I purchased the range at B&B Appliance after just a few minutes on the phone asking what they had on the floor in stainless steel.
A Bosch can run anywhere between a few thousand to several thousand easy. I had saved money and was well within my budget to spend just a bit more after being selective with my purchases at the other store. Upon my call I was so happy to hear that they had one available in the finish, with the functions and at a perfect price.
Out of all needed upgrades, I wanted the stove: cooking central! to be special. I couldn’t be more happy with this range. It is a six burner, the oven heats to temp incredibly quick, it has rave reviews and it’s good looking!
Everyone at B&B was so professional. They arrived exactly on-​time and the removal of the old [piece of crap– which was a sheer pleasure to see for the last time as it was wheeled out!] and installation of my new stove was quick, professional and the delivery person was courteous.
Highly recommend!

If you want your appliance repair job to go smoothly, call these guys. Scheduling the job was easy, Clint was on time, and did a great job replacing the motor on an old stovetop vent. My impression is that this company may charge a little more, but ultimately you get what you pay for.

This is the most customer-​focused company I have dealt with in a very long time. I called for service on our broken 40-​year old oven in the afternoon, and the next day Joey was at my house and fixed it. He explained to me what the problem was, and had the replacement part with him. An all-​around awesome experience, right from start, with the person that picked up the phone.
I will make sure my next appliance purchase is from B&B.
