No stars … So this taxi service almost hit me and 3 other cars today on the 76 at 3:00pm. The lady driving was so busy looking at her food and eating she was swerving and breaking hard. Thank god that I was not in her taxi. Not sure I would use a service who is not paying attention and has food as a priority over the safety of the the occupants in the taxi. No thank you!

I placed an online reservation for today on Monday August 18th for my father who had a Dr. appt.
Scheduled pick up was for 8am. At 8.13 I called and asked where was the driver. They guy that answered said you never confirmed the text. No where on the text does it say you have to confirm. All it says if an changes pls txt as (not us they but as) back 4 cancelation. tnx 4 ur biz with us.
They guy who answered was rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend nor while I ever use them again.

By far the unsafest drivers around. One almost caused a four car pileup when he decided, in an act of road rage, to come to a complete stop in front of another car. Several cars had to swerve out into the adjacent lanes and shoulder to avoid impact. The driver then sped away to avoid responsibility. When we called the company to complain, they hung up on us. The police are now investigating this company due to the completely hazardous and unsafe drivers they employ.
