5th Ave Auto Service

I’m usually skeptical when visiting auto repair shops because of bad experiences in the past. I stumbled upon 5^th Ave. Auto Service after getting gas down the street and saw their signage displayed boldly on 5^th Ave. I had a few issues with my car and decided to check them out.
They say first impressions are lasting impressions and that holds true here. The ambiance is really laid back and exceptionally clean. The waiting area resembles something of a dentist office, ultra clean and comfortable chairs. They even have unique art work displayed throughout. The gentleman that works there (Mitch) was the one who helped me with the issues on my vehicle. Mitch was very personable and knowledgeable about the issues on my vehicle and only recommended repairs that were needed. You can tell he wasn’t the nickeling and diming type of guy and was only interested in keeping you happy. His wife was also very sweet and just as personable as Mitch. I came to find out that this repair shop is family owned and operated which is a plus in my book!
The work they did was awesome as they fixed the issues that was preventing me from passing smog. The prices they quoted was very reasonable and was explained to me very thoroughly. Unlike other repair shops, there was no room for ambiguity here. I feel as though they did go the «extra mile» (no pun intended) and this is the standard here.
I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family here for all their auto repair needs!

Went in for an oil change, they gave me a great deal on full synthetic. Didn’t try to over sell anything. I trust them and would definitely recommend then for any service you need!

I was using Unilocal to find a place nearby to take my BMW 325 for a routine oil change. The team at 5^th Ave Auto Service was amazing! I had no problem booking a same day appointment and was promptly greeted upon arrival. The owner gave me his undivided attention and was very thorough at check out. I’m not sure if its standard with an oil change but they also did an overall inspection on my car. As a result I was informed I needed new tires. I’d already done some shopping around for tires and his quote was very reasonable. Great way of keeping my customer loyalty! I’ll definitely be back for my future automotive needs!!!
