Really depends who they send. Ongoing problems with our business system, they have been here often. They have a young guy who is very good, polite and apologetic. Gets the job done quickly, with explanation. The older guy thinks everything is a joke, not funny when its 19 degrees out and you don’t show up for 3 hours. His answer is I have no idea. They should think about post service satisfaction surveys.
