I have been here twice and both times I had a very positive experience. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly believe a team is a reflection of its leader and whoever is training these guys is doing something right. Keep it up!

Harrasment over«late» payment Verizon wireless makes you pay a month ahead and when you are«late» which means not early enough they begin calling your phone and sending texts multiple times a day using different phone numbers. What other business would ever remotely think they could do that to their customers? I use my phone for business so have to answer. I am their customer and they treat me like dog crap. Goodby Verizon. Use your robocalls on someone else. Now you can see what«late» really means after you drive a customer of ten years away. GIve the moron at corporate who came up with this great idea a gold star for thinking it was a good idea to harass loyal customers.

Note to self… Stop impulse buying on Black Friday! My contract was up, and they had sales on accessories(which I normally wouldn’t buy at Verizon) so decided to go upgrade my iPhone from 5 to 6. Unfortunately stock on 6 was low and I really was partial to the gold. Of course only available in the monstrosity that is the 6 Plus. Convinced myself I could make it fit into my stubby hands. Yup, that lasted a week. Back we went to swap it and pay $ 35 restocking fee. Was just going to go for the silver/white, which was no longer in stock in 64GB and no one had stock on any 128GB in any color. Except perhaps some of the third party retailers. But as we had just renewed our Verizon contract we couldn’t go to anyone else without paying a termination fee and starting over. Sigh. We were told the Newington/Portsmouth location had stock on the silver 64. On Black Friday we were helped by a very chirpy young lady named Karly. I told her I had my old phone backed up to iTunes on the PC and things like contacts, calendars and notes were synced with iCloud, no need to do a manual transfer to the new one. But she said I wasn’t backed up to the cloud, so couldn’t understand what I was talking up about. Syncing to iCloud and backups are two separate things. I gave up trying to explain and let her spend the time doing the transfer. Her personal phone was not Apple and I suppose these«techs» can’t know every little detail across platforms. When we returned, Ryan was our assistant. He seemed a bit green and possibly had a few too many energy drinks that morning. Good natured young man, just hyper and a little spastic. We didn’t have the paper receipt and he couldn’t find the order under our account, so I pulled it up on the phone. Karly was actually working next to him and remembered us, while she helped him with a couple things. Surprising, considering how busy she had been the week prior. Good memory. When Ryan told us no silver, he kindly checked stock for other area stores and off we went to Portsmouth.

Visited the store to get my iPad changed to a pre paid plan. I had a great experience. I was dreading even going into the store as a good majority of my Verizon visits are miserable(first time at this store though). I was helped by Ted B. Not only was he by far and away the best Verizon consultant I have ever worked with, he was probably the best from any company I have dealt with. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking at many companies, Ted was a good communicator, understanding, and solved my problem promptly. Very refreshing.

After having a miserable experience at the store at the Mall of NH, I was delighted to find this store as I was immediately greeted kindly and respectfully and really treated like I was a VERY important customer by the staff here. I could not possibly have had a better shopping experience while upgrading my cell phone yesterday! Jake and Paul at the store could not have been happier to have me there and could not have been kinder to me and refused to let me leave until my new phone was competely restored to exactly the same as my old phone and I was completely and totally satisfied. I will be doing ALL my cellphone shopping at this location in the future — thank you for restoring my faith in Verizon Wireless as a company!
