Stopped by on our way back from Bar Harbor. Friendly staff of young guys who knew the products well and answered all my questions. Can’t vouch for prices as I’m not a frequent fireworks buyer, but things were priced about where I was expecting. Overall, I’d recommend

This was my first time in this store, but I’ve been buying fireworks for years now. The staff was very friendly and walked me through the entire store, they verbally told me all the sales, and while I did find the fact that nothing was labeled on sale strange, they were very thorough in letting me know what items were included. The prices are competitve with near by stores, though they are the only one in this town. They gave lots of freebies at the register, especially to the family’s with young kids who checked out before me. Overall, the staff was well informed and the atmosphere was plesant. I would definetly give this store a try if you’re in the area.

The location of this store is right off 125 /Calef Highway, on Elm Street at the BP gas station. Tiny parking lot. They’re about a half-hour away from any other firework store, so they get away with a few price markups. Prices are high. At first, I thought the whole store was Buy 1 Get 1 like most firework stores are, but that only applies to 500-gram cakes. Their mini cakes are priced at $ 5 each or 5 for $ 20. Compared to other stores, their prices are double that of what I’ve seen elsewhere. That’s why I thought the whole store was B1G1. The price of 500g cakes are $ 50 each, the price of 300g cakes are $ 30, and 200g cakes are $ 20. They sell single shot preloaded shells for $ 15 each, and novelties for triple what they should be. I hate to rip on small firework stores like this, but even Phantom wins this competition.
