I had a home «for sale by owner». The buyer at the last minute brought in an agent from this office, after we already made a deal. I told her all bets were off and we, d have to start over. Her agent tried to bully me by saying «our buyers agent fee will remain 3%, what is your counter offer». Meaning she would not negotiate their fee. Remember up to this point, I had negotiated with the buyer, showed them the house 6 times, helped them obtain financing, and at the 11^th hour this realtor wants the full amount!!! For what, she didn’t do anything! I don’t think so. I tried to contact the office manager twice, but he never returned my calls. So the deal fell through. I will never allow another one of their agents In my houses!
