The High Point Inn is a condominium hotel located in North Ephraim. Our location was chosen to offer guests easy access to all northern Door County has to offer.

Lake in the Hills, IL
Everything about this place was great. We were there over Labor Day weekend, and from the moment we checked in to the time we left, the staff were friendly and willing to answer questions and help us find fun things to do. We got a room near the back, so our PRIVATE BALCONY (nice!) looked out to only trees. This was an awesome place to spend time when we weren’t out doing Door County.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were a good size, the pools were nice and warm, the walls weren’t paper thin and the complimentary box of goodies was really nice! The hotel really creeps up on you so you have to be looking!

St Paul, MN
Stayed during the week in August for two nights. Got a two bedroom suite with whirlpool tub, three TVs, huge private patio off room, for under $ 200. Kids loved it. Nice pools, indoor and outdoor. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic lodging for Door County Half Marathon runners! Quiet, comfortable rooms, and it seems like nearly everyone there was also running or at least spectating. Shuttle service to and from the race. Was surprised to find a bottle of water, a banana, granola bars and a choice of a game or water bottles as a gift on the dining table in our room — an above-​and-​beyond nice little touch! Hot tub and indoor pool (and outdoor, seasonally) were clean and inviting. A nice lobby with games to borrow, couches and coffee. Our living room and both bedrooms had a TV and DVD player, and DVDs can be rented from the main desk — with relatively new titles. Having a kitchen in our suite was great, and the best part — housekeeping will do your dishes if you like!

Stayed here over Super Bowl weekend with a group of friends. The rooms are large and reasonable priced throughout the year. The amenities included a large indoor swimming pool and hot tub, exercise room, and lounge with a large flat screen TV. I think every room had a fire place and kitchenette with all of the important tools.
The rooms are essentially condos that are rented out when the owners don’t use them. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store close by and a pizza joint next door for emergency eats.
Overall, this was a great facility that I would definitely stay at in the future.

We’ve been coming to High Point Inn for about 8 years now. The outside is so pretty… so «Door County.» Perfect. You feel relaxed just looking at it. I love the pool and hot tub which are available, as well as the layout of the suites. It is such a great place to come with groups/​large families. I’ve been here with my own family (since my kids were babies till now– elementary school age), with my grandma and mom, and also with a group of girlfriends. Each time has been special. High Point Inn was perfect for each visit. I know we’ll be coming back for many, many years.

No complaints here. On my first trip to Door County, I was more than satisfied. It is central to all the action and excellent shopping. Not to mention it is right next door to The Red Putter (the most fabulous mini golfing in Door County). Everything was clean and cozy. The indoor pool and hot tub were used quite a bit during our stay as it was too cool to use the outdoor pool in late August. My boyfriend’s family has been staying here for ages and I am just happy to be a part of the tradition now.

I stayed here one winter around 1999. It was beautiful with the area covered in snowbanks. The indoor pool/​hot tub facilities were really nice. Just to add in a story, I actually had my first makeout session here when I was 12, with some random girl who was also staying in the hotel.

We’ve been staying at the High Point Inn for over a decade now, it seems. In that time it hasn’t changed much, but it’s well-​kept and therefore does not look outdated. As a condo hotel the rooms all have small kitchenettes, living rooms with fireplaces, and master suites with whirlpool baths. We enjoy this set-​up for a long weekend as it allows us to stay in and make a meal or two at «home,» have ample room for evening card-​playing and movie-​watching, and comfort for big gatherings when we used to travel and stay up here with another family. Other amenities include a pool and hot tub, free wi-​fi, a computer and communal living room in the lobby, an arcade (!), a gift shop, a small fitness center, and a conference room with a ping pong table, where we were able to discover my mother’s hidden athleticism.
