History

Established in 2002.

OLM, originally started as a division of DHC — Decker Home Contracting our accounts and reputation quickly grew and we found demand outside of the DHC umbrella. Since those early years OLM has began defining, and redefining how we do business. We have expanded and grown from a small owner operated company to a leader in our community and industry providing many large scale landscape solutions across all industrial, commercial and residential projects. OLM is now compartmentalized into a professional landscape maintenance division servicing commercial, industrial, multi-​family and residential customers, into a professional construction division performing all aspects of landscape construction, into a snow removal and ice management division and into a boutique masonry division. My role at OLM is in the business development of the company, and to oversee operations. Another role and responsibility is to train and develop a team that can also perform these tasks as we continue to grow. As OLM continues to grow my changes are continually changing and I look forward to expanding responsibilities as the company develops into a leader in our industry.
