My organization put in a large order for custom coffee mugs and they screwed it up big time. The image was blurry on the edges and crisp in the center, but the colors were nowhere near correct (yellow appeared green).
There are plenty of great print shops out there and the Internet makes them available nationwide. Trying to patronize a local small business is a great idea, but make sure you verify what you’re ordering so you don’t get burned by a place like this one.
