Shawn Inmon has been in Real Estate Sales for 20 years. Prior to being the managing broker at John L Scott-​Enumclaw, he was the owner of Foothills Realty. He consistantly spends time educating his and other brokers on the many changes that have occurred to the Purchase and Sale Agreement and it’s many Addendums the last few years.
