Trevor is the best. I bought my r3 matte grey 2016. He found somewhere else shipped there in a week. Test drive and taking care of everything were perfect. It is 50 miles away from my place but i did not care and bought from there.

I tried to buy a new RZR 170 EFI and they led to me repeatedly told me for months that they would call me when it came in. After 6 months I called them and they said they had one in the other day and sold it. It’s like they don’t want to sell anything they had a Polaris Scrambler 2wd on their showroom floor for 2 years for $ 2,000.

I’ve bought various parts over the years, had a tire changed, and bought my newest bike here with no complaints. Parts have always been reasonably priced compared to what I find online and have come in when quoted. I’ve used manufacturer gift certificates which didn’t have the most clear instructions and the guys took the time to get it figured out without a hassle. The tire change was pretty routine other than I really needed to have it done that day and they were able to fit me in.
I was buying a brand new bike and had already come up with a reasonable price so I chose to negotiate over the web/​phone. Some dealers don’t seem to take you too seriously with this approach but I had no problems here. I gave them the OTD price I was looking for (based on research and visiting other dealers) and they came in right in line with no pressure to make an instant decision. Everything was ready to go at my arranged pick up time and I was on the road quickly.
They are one of the few remaining dealers in the area so I’m glad they have provided me with great service.

Came in to get my ATV road legal, after I tried myself and failed. They told me the control unit was in-​op and it was why all the trouble I had. So got new part in a day or two and the thing works great. Good service dept.

Tried to purchase new. Sales staff totally inept. No follow up and no passion to make sale. Tried to give them deposit and they said don’t worry. Never took my info. Made purchase elsewhere.

I had heard these guys were the best around for Suzuki service, so when I needed a hand with my 2006 S-​40 I gave them a shout.
Corey stayed late so I could take advantage of a friend’s truck and drop my bike off the same day I called for an appointment. We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding picking the bike up, but Corey and Jeff and the team pulled off a small miracle so I could have a vehicle to drive this weekend.
Price was totally reasonable, everyone was very courteous and the best part: my bike runs better now than it ever has! I
will definitely be taking it back to Clem’s for any future work and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good Suzuki service in Puget Sound.
Oh, and Corey says that all his techs are also Honda certified even though they don’t sell Hondas!

As other reviews post, getting parts is all special order. You tell them what you want then they pull out a catalogue and show you the smallest picture and tell you that this is what you need. Told will be in within a week, but you still wait over a month.
Once you get it you realize that the part you received is not what you were looking for so you figure you can just return it. Wrong!
Remember everything is special order and you can not return special order items.
My suggestion is do not purchase unless you can physically see it

My review can be broken into parts, overall I give them 4 stars our of 5 because of the lacking in the retail area and pricing.
For Parts:
It’s a good place, some stuff on hand most stuff is spacial order. Parts people are good I like April I think she’s related to Clem and always very friendly with me. The guys can be obnoxious but not as arrogant as most of the other local dealers! Parts markups are higher then I like to pay but what can you do. I had an account which got me 10% off so that helped a little and I always bought my snowmobile oil’s) from them for cheaper then most others in the area.
Retail:
One word… «Klim» Where the heck is the Klim gear? You can’t be a legitimate snowmobile dealership and not sell Klim! I always go to Seans out at Cascade Playtime for my big ticket stuff like bibs, jackets and helmets. If you guys had Klim stuff I’m sure it would pay off! Also, prices are full on MSRP retail. No breaks unless you catch them on a good day «clearance sale.» My wife bought me a Cardo two way communicator for my birthday. Luckily it was a present she paid nearly $ 500 for it and I found it online for $ 300. If it wasn’t a gift it would of gone back for sure.
Service:
One time I took in a tire to be swapped and it took forever, that was the last time I took anything there. A friend bought a 2012 Polaris 800 MK pro from Clem and had problem after problem with the sled. Each time there were weeks turn around times. yes weeks… the snowmobile season in Washington is a handful of months so dumping $ 15k on a new sled and only ride half the season would really rub me the wrong way!
Customer service:
I always prefer to deal with Clem or Corey, both are not high pressure and very easy going. He has a couple guys in there last time I was in that were like flies buzzing around fresh road kill. I really hate walking in to buy parts and being bombarded by pushy sales staff. A nod and «I’m here for parts» usually got me by unscathed but it also made me reluctant to wonder back into the showroom just to window shop because I didn’t want to be pestered.
Snowmobile Riding:
This is by far the biggest reason I gave them 4 stars. Clem has a weekly group ride up at greenwater and it really helps to find new people to ride with. He also always knew trail conditions and gave accurate updates on conditions as they changed. I rode with quite a few people from the group over the last few years and I really enjoyed it.
Tip:
If I can offer you up one tip for Clem, at the snowjammers poker run next year get more involved. I think if you guys setup a stand like I-​90 it would be pretty cool! I saw you guys punching cards but there wasn’t even a sign or banner advertising the store.
Overall I give them a good solid «B» I never hesitate to go there if I needed something and I always left happy. Thanks guys!

I’ve visited this shop and bought parts for my TTR numerous times as it’s the closest to my home.
I’ve aways felt the sales staff was prompt and attentive when you 1^st walked in, but the parts dept. has never matched that service. I’ve special ordered parts and never received a call to let me know they arrived.
Also, they are closed on Sundays, super annoying…

Worst. sales. service. ever.
I’m a lifelong motorcycle owner and have ridden and owned a bike pretty much my whole adult life. I went to this shop ’cause of an open house they were having, which usually means a shop has some demo models for potential owners to ride. Well, they had some chips, but that’s about it. I spoke with a salesman, told him about the bike I had and two I was looking at. Rather than show me the ones I was interested, he walks me out back and shows me some ridiculous three-​wheeled bike. If I were 80 years old and disabled, I might be interested. No, probably not even then. Basically, the guy didn’t bother to listen to a word I said. When I asked to test ride one of the bikes I was telling him I was interested in buying, he took no interest in helping me do this. Well, I really am buying a new motorcycle, probably within the year. But I won’t be buying it here!
