TPPM which is ran by Exit Realty is horrible to deal with, they charged us $ 300 for leaf removal which wasn’t completed until better than 2 weeks after we turned in our keys! (in november) AND after the property manager specifically told us «not to worry about the leaves». The property manager doesn’t listen to anything you say, she just talks over you and then turns around and lies about what was said. IF you do rent from these people… make sure you do EVERYTHING via email so you have a written record. Take lots of pics when you move in and pics when you move out… they will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Besides this there were issues with getting our pool open in the spring when we moved in; it only really got handled after I wrote a letter to the owner. Again this was the property manager totally dropping the ball and having zero follow through. Just beware!
