Enterprise Printing

I refuse to sugar coat anything. This place sucks!!! We used them to print the obituaries for my grandmother’s funeral and they cannot follow simple instructions. There were grammatical errors such as punctuation, misspellings, wording placement etc. It appears as though no one knows how to use Microsoft Word. After several corrections, including sending the owner an email and pdf spelling out the errors, there were still issues with the finished product. My grandfather is grieving and should not have to deal with incompetent work. Make sure you get everything done before Friday because they are closed on Fridays. Who does this if you are completing work for a funeral on Saturday? In addition, who takes a week to complete an obituary and still not get it right? This place!!! I will say they did open up on Friday to get the work completed only because they screwed up so bad. I do not know about other people’s experience with this company but I was not happy with mine.
